Casa Bella is a lovely villa, clean, spacious and well maintained by owners Patti and Michael who were very helpful and accessable. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and private. Riviera del sol is a quiet area but with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk. Fellinis and The Far Isle being highly recommended for both service and food. Taxis and buses are nearby and plentiful. We didn't hire a car and ate and shopped in Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola and Benalmadena with no transport problems.
We would throughly recommend Casa Bella for a family holiday and look forward to returning in the future.

We recommend this villa very well to all ages, this is how we start our comment…
The kitchen was well equipped with crockery and cutlery etc. This property is spacious and has a large balcony and terraces, we enjoyed our daily provisions outside in the large balcony for our 7 days stay.
We also enjoyed the garden with lawn area and beached pool suitable for our three kids and my elderly father and mother who were with us. This villa is in a prime position with sea view, and convenient for all amenities. The beach , bus & taxi in 5 mins. walking distance,

My husband was able to go to his daily conference in Malaga for four 4 days without transport problem .We would thoroughly recommend Casa Bella for a family holiday and look forward to return in the future as our kids still talk about this villa. It was in all a positive experience, for our relax as we enjoy the facilities and tranquility.

We were happy that we managed to arrange everything for them and all turned out well. They were a lovely family and we are pleased they enjoyed their stay.

I'm writing this from the Villa, we've been here a few days now and its been a total pleasure, the owners met us with a welcoming gift of wine & basics so no need to rush to supermarket. The beach is a 5 min walk & the views of the Med are from the lounge, lovely pool everything as discribed. The only thing not working was an iron, however a call to the owner and a new one arrived in 2 hours. Great service. We live & work in Gibraltar only 1hour away so for us to spend a few days away from the Rock with the pool & our children, recharging the batterys is super & relaxing. Played Mijas golf which is 15mins by car ( excellent)

We have stayed at Casa Bella many times and have always had a wonderful stay. The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped and very well maintened. The villa is perfectly situated and the views spectacular, the local shops and restaurants are within walking distance and have everything you need. The beach is within walking distance and there is a 'country club' nearby too. The owners, Patti and Michael bend over backwards to help in anyway they can and I'm looking forward to going back before the end of this year.

The ideal place to stay

We live in Paris and it is wonderful to get away to the Casa Bella to relax and enjoy the facilities and tranquility that it offers. This is the second time we have vacationed there. We were seduced by the description on internet and loved it when we got there. Everything was perfect. We plan to go back again and to take our grown up sons in the Autumn. The villa is ideally situated for transport, visits, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches along the coast. Although we prefer to lounge around the lovely pool and patio and drink the Spanish wines !

the owner did not tell us that he is building a new villa only yds away with cranes and cement mixers from 8 in the morning affording no private pool, and cement dust all over the patio. Only one bath and one hand towel all week per person and carpets that leave a lot to be desired.the little patio outside the kitchen could have been very nice but it was all very tired, l have stayed at much nicer for the price.
Owner's Response: We work hard to keep the villa to the best possible standard. We upgrade and do maintenance on a regular basis. We oversee the cleaning and are there to welcome our guests. We always advise our guests that should there be any issues to contact us immediately and we will do our utmost to rectify them. On this occasion we could not meet our guests and check the villa before their arrival because we had to go to London for our daughter's wedding. Before going we had a series of unforeseen events. One of them being a potentially fatal situation concerning a family member. We were forced to leave the villa in what we believed,capable hands.On our return,our first job was to check on our guests who had been at the villa for 3 days.They stated they were perfectly happy with only 2 issues. A leaky iron,which was new and had been dropped by a previous renter, and a dripping toilet. My husband returned with a new iron and fixed the toilet. They chatted happily for some time and no other issues were raised. My husband left in the belief they were content. My husband project manages the new building for the owners in order to contain any disruption to our property and guests.There are no cranes there. On the renters penultimate last day, (not before this day), the builders turned up with deliveries,against instructions.Had the renters contacted us we would have stopped them immediately. On their last evening, My husband received a text from one of the renters to make arrangements to return their bond. Still no issues were raised. All of which could have been put to rights had they been raised before they were leaving. I wrote to the person who had contracted the villa and gave my sincere apologies. All previous renters have expressed satisfaction and value for money. Many left thank you notes.

Great villa with lovely views. Well equipped, super private pool and beautiful gardens. We have had a wonderful two weeks and want to thank Patti and Mike for making us so welcome. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and it's the seventh one we have rented in the past few years!

Patricia and Michael were very helpful. We found the villa to be comfortable, well located and equipped and as described. The property was clean and located within a quiet residential area and yet within walking distance (slightly uphill on the return) of a beach, & a few bars and restaurants. A wider range of beaches, bars and restaurants are within a short drive/taxi drive away. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the pool at the villa, which looked inviting for those visiting in the warmer Summer months. There is plenty of garden area to sunbathe in and a nice patio to soak up the last rays of the sun with a drink and a good book. There are a number of other attractions/places to visit all within a short distance, such as Marbella and Puerto Banus & the children enjoyed their day out at Tivioli World. With the current Euro exchange rate a visit to the Costa del Sol is not as cheap as it once was. However, overall we had a very enjoyable week and would be happy to visit again.

We have spent previous festive seasons at this villa but unfortunately were unable to come this year and we really miss it also Patricia and Michael who do everything they can to make our stay special, even down to a Christmas tree and crackers!! Anyway we are looking forward to visiting again in the Summer, it can't come quickly enough!
