Excellent location, you can walk almost anywhere, or easily pick a cab or subway. Comfortable beds, very clean. Air conditioning in good shape. Enough linens and towels provided. The apartment is exactly as shown in pictures. No problem in getting and returning the keys. It feels like a safe and friendly neighborhood.

Just a couple of observations: it would be fine if some basics kitchen elements were provided, like salt, pepper and sugar, some soap, garbage bags, etc...at least for beginning. And the staircases were no problem for us, relatively in good shape, but not recommendable for elder people, or baby in carriage.

But in general, an excellent experience, we would absolutely repeat and recommend.

Our stay in the apartment was very pleasant - everything was nice and clean, including down comforters, linens and dishes.
We like the location also - you can walk to the Central Park, all the Museums and stores. It feels like home away from home. We definitely will be back.

We spent a week in this apartment and we had a great time. It is a perfect location, just a 2min walk to the subway in a wonderful neighborhood. There were three of us but it would also have worked with four. There is a full equiped kitchenette, the beds are really comfortable and the bathroom is okay. We are so glad that we took this apartment instead of a hotel!!!
There were no problems at all and the booking was uncomplicated. We would definitely take this apartment again!

Just a brief note to thank you for your assistance in finding a rental while in New York City. The "Rose" on 88th worked out perfectly for us! We had a great time in the City and will certainly be in touch when in need of accommodations in the future. We have told many of our friends how great our experience was and look forward to visiting again.

Contrary to the very low rate we were given for a week staying in this apartment, the place was clean, bright, comfortable with plenty of space - frankly the pictures really don't do the place justice!

the location of the apartment is just perfect, with the park on side of 72nd street and a whole load of great restaurants / cafes on the other with the time warner centre and the lincoln centre nearby.

i would seriously recommend this to anyone who is looking for a short term stay in manhattan. and if you don't want to stay here, then i certainly will!
