We spent the last week in March 2009 in this delightful townhouse (along with another couple from Lakeland). The townhouse was comfortable and equipped with all the amenities that we needed. The kitchen was adequately outfitted with cookware and dishes. We all found it to be an ideal location, granting convenient access to both the City and Long Island. We bought a weekly Metro pass and used it for both the Q38 bus and the M & V/R trains to the City. We also rented a car and found on-street parking on 77th Street to be basically available. It was an easy drive to major parkways leading to Long Island. Metropolitan Avenue (just a few blocks away) provided ample shopping opportunities and we enjoyed the ability to eat most dinners at home - either cooking or ordering take-out from one of the local Chinese restaurants. Middle Village is a very quiet, well-kept neighborhood and the four of us really enjoyed being a part of the community.

Hola! 6 amigos y yo viajamos del 8 al 15 de marzo a NY, buscamos y buscamos y al final decidimos alquilar esta casa y la verdad ke no nos arrepentimos, la casa es muy bonita y acogedora, muy equipada y limpia. Ademas el dueño fue muy agradable con nosotros y nos ayudo bastante.
Nos preocupaba un poco la comunicacion de la casa con el centro pero la verdad es que tambien esta muy bien comunicada, el bus ke nos dejaba en el metro estaba solo a unos pasos de la casa y no tardaba ni 5 minutos en llegar asi que en unos 20 minutos en metro ya estabamos en el centro.
Este año pensamos volver a NY y tenemos claro ke regresaremos a esta casa. un saludo!

Our party had a very good experience staying here. The house is spacious, comfortable and most of all safe. The 'Guest Information' book supplied was thoughtful and very useful. Mark was extremely helpful and approachable. I would certainly recommend the property and our party would definitely return.

We stayed at this beautiful Townhouse for one week in October 08 and really enjoyed our stay. The accomodation was very clean, comfortable and ideal for our family of 4. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The area is also very idyllic,quiet,safe with easy access to Manhattan. Definitely the best place we've ever stayed in and we will most certainly be returning there on our next trip to NYC.

We stayed in this Townhouse in Queens in Sept. 2008. The accomodations were more than enough for our family of five. It was clean and very roomy with a good size kitchen, dining area and living room. The kids loved the fact that they had their own space and weren't constantly running in to each other. The neighborhood is VERY safe and quiet. There are plenty of places to eat and shop (you have to try Rosa's) just two blocks away. The Subway stop is only a ten minute walk with easy access to Manhattan. We just left the the car and took the Subway everywhere except to Coney Island which is only a 25 minutes drive on surface streets. The owner was also very helpful and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3 days with all the family, it was a very nice neighbourhood and wonderful area near market and some shops. We enjoyed very much our staying in the confourtable house.
