WE just LOVED the house. We had a mini family reunion and it was VERY spacious--- had everything we needed. It was walking distance to the falls and downtown shopping and restaurants. Fantastic location, nice quiet neighborhood. We had an incredible time and we were sad to leave!!

We have used Lorenzo's Niagara Falls Guest House at 4487 John Street & loved it so when Lorenzo proposed Little John we jumped on it! How wonderful to be able to take over a house - just like a cottage - bring your own food & be on a quite residential street while only a couple of streets away from where the action is! My family & US friends loved it and were not disappointed at all. Combined with the familiar family welcome we have grown accustomed to over the years - it is only one of the many reasons we come back to renting again and again for the past 6 years! It is June and I have been in 17 different hotels this year already. Even though I am a VIP member at two large hotel chains with many perks, nothing can top the home warmth and feeling that Lorenzo has shown myself, my family & friends over the years. The last thing I want to do is stay in a hotel and go to a restaurant. Bravo Lorenzo you have outdone yourself again and shown how wonderful Canadian hospitality is! We’ll see you in October!

my family and i stayed at this guesthouse last june and we couldn't have been more happy with our accomodations! it's a great old house with lots of charm and the best front porch. the house is walking distance from almost everything and you can hear the falls from the house. Lorenzo (the owner of the home) is very accomodating and kind...we had a great vacation and will stay at this house again the next time we're in the area!

Wanted to let you know how much we appreciated our 3 nights at your guesthouse. The big bonus is your location. We walked everywhere, so got in lots of exercise, and didn't have to worry about traffic, or finding a parking space. The house was spacious, especially for cooking and eating. So many extras in the kitchen that one would not expect to find. I don't know families afford hotel rooms and all their meals on top of that. It was a big money saver for me being able to walk back for all our meals. And to make picnic lunches when we went out of town. There was always lots of hot water for showers, plenty of towels and linens, lots of extras like washer and dryer, iron, and even a selection of umbrellas.Thanks again for offering this home away from home. I'm sure it suits many people to have their own space, rather than a Bed and Breakfast, so your service is unique. It certainly worked well for me, with my 6 grandchildren. I have told many friends, and will tell others.
