Reviews of Property: W 89 St. Prime Manhattan, 1 bedroom apt. sleeps 4, Central Location

We stayed at the W71st browstone and loved everything about the apartment. Was beautiful inside and out and couldn't have asked for a better location. This was our first trip to NYC and we're already talking about going back next year and want to stay on the Upper West Side again. The apartment exceeded our expections, we'll be back!

The pics on the website make the apt look a little bigger than it is. Apt was clean. Bathroom needs a little upgrade, but was acceptable. Very quiet neighborhood for New York. Except for trash day, there was almost no street noise. Good access to restaurants, shops and stores close on Broadway. It is little far north, but my family lives close so it was perfect for us. Easy reservation and check in process. On second floor, so one small flight to entrance, and then one flight up to apt.

We stayed in this wonderful 1 bedroom apartment suite in NY. The apartment was clean, comfortable and much better than a hotel room could have been. We were two people but we had our friend stay with us for 2 nights, and we still had our privacy. The location is probably the best in New York City. It is near Central Park on the upper west side, near subways, cafes, and restaurants.around the corner. Fairways, Zabars and Tavern on the Green are right in the vicinity as are the museums..,
The owners were very helpful and friendly. I reccommend it highly.

First, the apartment is in the best possible neighborhood in Manhattan. We loved to be within walking distance to almost anywhere in the city and if we needed transportation the subway was a block away.The apartment was very clean, with European style bedlinens. They had Duvets with duvet covers. Customer service was very good, all our questions were answered with helpful suggestions. We would definitely recommnend this apartment to our friends and family. We loved having so many restaurants all around us, but we also loved cooking a lite meal in the kitchen. Famous supermarkets like Fairway, Zabars are on Broadway nearby.

Hi Veronica~ We rented an apt from you on 71st and Central Park West last March and again last October.
We are planning a very spur of the moment trip next week (2-27 thru 3/3)
We have been able to find some great deals on good hotels, but would much rather stay at what is turning out to be our “home away from home”! We have thoroughly enjoyed staying on our previous visits
