Perfect Marathon Apartment

I came to New York to run in the marathon and this apartment was perfect for me and my guests. It was right on the route, making it the perfect cheering spot. The apartment was an easy walk to restaurants and the subway. There is a market closeby and the kitchen is equipped with pots and pans so you can prepare most of your meals if you like. The apartment was perfect for the tourist with an easy subway ride in any direction and you were where you wanted to go. It was a great apartment for the week, clean and ready when we needed it. Would definitely go this route over the hotel next time I travel to New York.

We stayed here for 10 nights in September 09 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious and clean and has everything you need from your home away from home.
We found the Upper East Side nice and relaxing, but for us a little far from the areas we hung out at most, like Soho & Greenwich Village, still it was an easy walk to the subway.
Manhattan was amazing and i can not wait to go back!!

We stayed last week August early September for 8 nights. Booking direct with Greg was very straight forward and so easy to pay as he takes credit cards.
We loved the neighbourhood the diner on the opposite corner was great and really good value. The apartment had everything we needed and it was very clean and very nicely fitted out with comfortable beds and sofas.It was great to come back and be able to relax together as a family in the lounge, the loft sleeping area was great for our teenage Daughers. A few blcoks from the apartment is a great food emporium just under the bridge which you can see from the balcony. It is only a five to ten minute walk to Central Park and Fifth Avenue. We all had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this apartment.

WeLOVED the Condo. First of all Greg is awesome-soooo helpful..He even met us at the condo-helped us carry our luggage upstairs-gave us some important info about unit and location-hotspots, etc.The unit was soooo clean-I am a stickler for these things. Furnished so nice and very homey!! Close to subway-walking distance to so many attractions. It was a perfect location. The doormen were so helpful..We still want to send them a pizza. Quiet building-balcony was nice to have. We will definitely be back.Thanks Greg!!

THANKSGIVING IN NEW YORK WAS GREAT. THIS PLACE WAS WONDERFUL AND A PEACEFUL RETREAT AFTER THE MACY'S PARADE AND ROCKEFELLER CENTER TREE LIGHTING. EVERYTHING YOU NEED, CONVENIENT TO ALMOST EVERYTHING, AND OWNER WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ACCOMODATE US. THANKS.

We had the best time! The apt. was amazing. The neighborhood was great. The owner was very helpful and accessible! We usually stay in a hotel close to Times Square and its so expensive and overwhelming. This was the perfect arrangement! I highly recommend it.

My wife and I just finished a week stay. The condo was beautiful. Tons of room to move around and recently updated. It is close to several subways and central park. Plenty or restaurants and grocery stores in the area. The owner was very helpful and provided suggestions for us to have a very nice trip.

Stayed in this apartment for 4 nights with four other female family members. We all loved the apartment. It was exactly as depicted in the ads and pictures. I would say the experience exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again in a New York minute.

We were 4 girls who spent a week-end in this apt and it was wonderful! Just a short walk to Time Square and all the other attractions of Manhattan.
It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We would definitly go back there! The owner does everything he can to accomodate his guest. Nothing negative to say!

We stayed here for 4 nights in Sept/08. We loved the apt and the location. The beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of room. Would love to come back.
