Park's Place Retreat

The Havasu Bunch Lake Havasu city, AZ
Review Submitted: August 3, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
We had a wonderful time at Park's Place! Such a beautiful home in a quiet setting! The home had everything one could want or need. The special treats left for the children was and added bonus! Family time playing games that filled a basket, horseshoes, and a bon fire roasting marshmallows was part of the memorable moments for us! We will be repeat visitors! Thank you for sharing your home with my family!

Park's Place is a very new and well maintained home with all the amenities. The owner was great and thought of everything that we might need. We had a great and relaxing time in the forested area and will more than likely be making future reservations.

Beautiful and Well Maintained!

We stayed at Parks Place June 24-June 29. The location was relaxing, beautiful, and provided easy accessibility to several locales-Flagstaff, Sedona, Williams, Prescott, and the Grand Canyon. The home itself was clean and comfortable, decor was beautifully appointed, and the furnishings provided us a comforable home away from home. We were welcomed with a gift basket for every member of our family. We all loved the surprises! My entire family-husband, three teens, and my mother-truly enjoyed our time at Parks Place: morning coffee on the porch...teens playing board and card games in the living room and on the porch, dinners at the kitchen table, horseshoes outside...it was great! When we return to the area, we plan to stay at this cabin again!

Snowy Stay

GoodnightIrene Peoria, Arizona
Review Submitted: June 30, 2009 Date of Stay: November 2008
I spent a fun filled, snow packed weekend with my sister's family here and it was wonderful. The owners really do put a lot of effort into making everyone feel comfortable and include the little things like hot cocoa kits (big hit with the little ones), and cooking essentials. We played with the board games (provided by owners), cooked up a few meals in the up to date kitchen. The washer and dryer are life savers when your clothes are snow soaked. The porch is lovely and the sunrises you see from the house are breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here!

Chuck & Kathy's visit to Parks

First of all I want to thank the owners for having such a nice, spotlessly clean home. This home has all the amenities you could ever want, including wireless network which was a big plus for us. The 'Tea chest' with the different varieties of tea and the Hot Chocolate was a bonus. Since there were just two of us the only bed we slept in was in the master bedroom and it was extra comfy cozy. I loved Williams, only 15 mins from Parks with it's quaint little shops and great restaurants right on Route 66. The view of the San Francisco Peaks from the front porch is absolutely spectacular!!

This cabin is immaculate! The rooms are so spacious and the view of the San Fransisco Peaks is so beautiful that we wouldn't have ever needed to leave the cabin to have a wonderfully peaceful time. There are so many fun things to do in the area, though. We went to dinner in historic Williams (15 minutes away), visited the Deer Farm(15 minutes away), toured the Bedrock Flinstones Museum in Valle (35 minutes away), and went to the Kaibab Lake (20 minutes away). We have also stayed in this area to visit the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crator and Flagstaff. Our kids had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave. Thank you so much! We can't wait to come back in the summer!
