Fantastic apartment which exceeds expectation

We regret that we stayed only 3 nights, it is definitively a place to come back. The provided pictures are very precise but the real views are even better. There are no pictures of the shared roof / Sundeck which is another superb addition to the apartment. The apartment and the whole building is clean and safe, all you need is provided, you feel you are welcome.
And a very good grocery store and a separate wine shop just one block away, and Broadway theaters just 3 blocks away, no problem to return at night by foot. We very much liked the apartment and the view.

NYC's Best Kept Secret

Freesia Vancouver BC
Review Submitted: September 1, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
Our family of five just returned from an amazing holiday in New York. It was an exciting trip and we crammed lots of sightseeing and cultural delights into our nine day stay. The apartment was lovely, and was truly a sanctuary to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. The views are breathtaking and the rooftop is delightful - so much so that we did not go up the Empire State building as we could see the whole city from the rooftop! We really enjoyed Shakespeare in the Park and walking the Brooklyn bridge.
We will definitely stay here on our next trip to New York!

Fantastic Airy Apartment

Review Submitted: July 7, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It's bright, airy and well equipped. The balcony is wonderful and has spectacular views . It was a special treat to be there for July 4th - extraordinary views of the fireworks - beyond belief. The rooms are well equipped and really functional. Only caveat is that the 2nd bedroom doesn't have a door so lacks privacy (which the owner had told us before we committed) But all in all this was an outstanding property with great service. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

A Home Away From Home.

We returned last night from a 10-day vacation in New York and are already thinking of when we can return. We will definitely book this apartment again. What a fortunate find this place is! Beautiful views of the city and Hudson River. It was close to many attractions and all modes of transportation. We chose to walk most of the time (even in the rain) as we saw many things that we wouldn't have if we had been in a cab or subway. We always felt safe and found people helpful. The apartment was very well equipped with everything including a washer and dryer, umbrellas, coffee maker, microwave, etc. It was very clean. At the end of a busy day of sightseeing and lots of walking we fell into comfortable beds for a great sleep. LOVED the rooftop! The doormen were so kind and always took time to ask how we were. We highly recommend Becco on West 46th St., Carnegie Deli on 7th at West 55th and the Five Napkin Burger on 9th between 44th and 45th. One of our favourite sightseeing stops was the United Nations. If you make the trip there, make an advanced reservation for the Delegates Dining Room. The food was fabulous and you get a lot of different variety in the buffet. "Jersey Boys" was FANTASTIC! Thank you to Ayaka for helping us make our reservation and for caring about her clients' comfort. We have already recommended this apartment to friends and even to strangers on the plane! We will definitely return to this gem of a place.

A cosy stay in New York City

If you haven't yet experienced yet staying in a private apartment over a hotel when traveling, it's time you do it. Cheaper, more comfortable, living in an apartment while traveling makes you experience more authentically the local lifestyle.
This apartment is perfect for someone who came to NYC to enjoy everything Manhattan has to offer, from the wonderful landscapes of Central Park to the tasty and diverse food you can find in Midtown West Hell's Kitchen's hundreds of restaurants, the neighborhood where the apartment is located.
I liked that the property was clean, nice decorated, fully equipped with everything you need, from towels and bath accessories, to umbrellas, city maps and guides. The building is also providing dry cleaner and tailoring services. The balcony and the rooftop views are simply stunning.
The apartment suits for people who travel alone for business purpose, for those who choose to spend a romantic time, or to enjoy the Manhattan nightlife and sightseeing with their friends or children.
Don't miss the Taboon and Casellula Wine and Cheese Cafe in the area. Great food, wine and friendly people serving you.
Have a great staying and lots of fun in NYC!

We spent 10 super days in this apartment last month & I strongly recommend it for anyone visiting NYC.
Everything works, it is spotlessly clean & very well equipped.
The views are amazing & it is easy to get to anywhere from it by foot, taxi, bus or subway, if you must !
Ayaka & her team are great so we hurried back & stayed again 2 weeks later !!
