Fab apartment in Brooklyn

This apartment was great. It was so close to all the great places you want to visit in New York City. Manhatten is easily walked to over either Brooklyn or Mnahatten bridges (views not to be beaten). You also have access to the up and coming areas of Brooklyn where there are little gems hidden away round each corner. The Long Island Rail Road can be reached 10 mins walk away which can take you to more important locations such as JFK and Coney Island.
The Condo is extremely well equipped and the gym was great. The staff there are efficient and extremely friendly. We had a great time staying there and would definately stay there again. The owners of the apartment are also a mine of information and helped us when we needed them. They have also compiled an extensive list of things to do and how to find them.

Hi, we were spending two weeks at the apartment while we were on vacations.
We were looking for a comfortable, safe place, but we found out a lot more than that, it was also really comfortable and we didn't have to worry about anything except of planning what we were going to be doing the next day!
The pictures on the web page shows you exactly how the apartment looks like, no retouching at all!
The place is awesome. Also the location of the building is very convenient, a safe neighborhood, a few blocks of the metro and Brooklyn Heights (one of the best neighborhoods in Brooklyn).
We are also delighted on how well Amy and Fabio treated us, everything was taken care of.
We are looking forward to coming back soon!

Perfect Apartment

We were lucky enough to stay in the lovely apartment for a month and couldnt have made a better choice.
The location was great as we got to see what the real New York was like in Brooklyn but after a short trip on the subway could be in the hub of tourist spots such like times square.
The apartment itself was spotless and having our own cooking and washing facilities saved us time and money. Having access to the communal gym, basketball courts, lounge and swimming pool made the apartment hotel-like and made the stay even more enjoyable.
The staff were very friendly and incredibly attentive iin helping with any queries we had.
The owners also went out of thier way to make us feel welcome, leaving recommendations on various restaurants and local hotspots.
I would definitely stay in the apartment again and recommend it to anyone planning a trip to New York.

Perfect Choice

This was a perfect choice. (May to June 2009)
The Accomodation: Highest quality and the lowest cost. Similar to a high rise hotel, junior style suite, at a fraction of the daily rate. For a little longer stay, the condo was equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer making life even easier. This was a new building, new staff, new furnishings and a fresh approach to provide a "Home-A-Way". The gym was a big bonus.
My Situation: I required a venue for 4-6 weeks that would allow a more relaxed visit with our children, and new grandbaby. The Downtown Brookly location provided the perfect facility to be involved without being intrusive. We were able to participate with our sons in Brooklyn, play in Manhattan, and even fly Upstate to visit our daughter for a few days.
The Experience: The staff was courteous, attentive, and professional. The owners were efficient, honest, responsive and helpful. The location provided easy, quick and inexpensive access to Manhattan, subway/train and airports. The area is part of a terrific walking community with competitive restaurants and fun nitespots, points of interest and some interesting shopping opportunities.
The location, kitchen, transportation, building and area security activities, plus the washer/dryer made this the perfect choice for my month visit and enabled me to feel I was able to get real value for the money I spent on this trip.
I am retired from Hotel/Resort Management and my wife is a professor in Hospitility Management at a Michigan University. In all confidence we can reccommend this Condo as a "GOLDEN" opportunity, we will return ourselves. Tim and Yvonne

This is the perfect apartment for a long or short stay. We were lucky to have the opportunity to stay here for two and a half months. We were so close to Manhattan and all of what the city offers. This apartment is full service in a brand new condo. It has all the amenities of a hotel but all of the luxuries of a home. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone that wants to be close to it all in NYC.
