Excellent apartment with friendly renter

We were in October in New York and stayed in this apartment. The apartment was excellent and there was nothing we had to miss. Everything was like in the describtion and as the pichtures had shown. Michael is a very polite person and explained the most important sightseeing in an easy English. So we understood him very well. We are sure to visit New York again and we are sure to live there again.

My husband and I spent 4 days in NYC for our 5th anniversary, and we loved every minute of it! Our stay at 710 Guest Suites was fabulous. The location was nice, close to the subway and all Manhattan has to offer. Michael was friendly, prompt, and very helpful with any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, not to mention spacious and elegantly furnished! We had a lovely time and would recommend this apartment to our friends and family. Our only regret is that we didn't spend more time relaxing in our comfortable surroundings instead of touring the city!

The flat is very good comunicated with the subway and buses, the neighborhood is secure and nice. The description was accurate regarding the location, and the property was very clean and the owner Michael was helpful and friendly.There is a 24h supermarket near the flat and a lot of shops. We would recommend totally this property to anyone, we had a very good time, NY is fabulous.

I recently spent a fantastic week at Harlem's 710!
The apartment is very stylish, modern -- and most importantly, comfortable. The location is also perfect with many local services within walking distance.
The 710 team was fantastic and they couldn't do enough to make my stay pleasant and enjoyable.
One of the best things about staying at 710 is that I instantly felt like I was part of the community of Harlem. It's so refreshing in today's modern and hectic world to feel so welcomed.
I would highly recommend 710 to any of my friends who wanted to experience one of the most historic neighborhoods in New York!

we really loved our summer stay 2009 in Sugar Hill a very nice part of Harlem.
we used the suite 4 and the garden suite both are very cosy, and Michael is a very kind and nice person in giving good advices for our stay in NYC.
the property is a browstone, very clean, climbing the steps was not too hard and the situation is perfect for a family with all your needs and accomodations around.
We found the best spot to stay in NYC and for sure we will come back soon !"

the APT is very clean, cimate and cool rooms in a hot NY, very nice room architectur, all rooms are perfect, the kitchen is perfect with all the important things, with washing machine and dryer,bathroom ist excellent,
the best information for travellers from owner: NY Map, actuality magazin: Whats on,speciallity map for next area-best information for a good trip: parks, and restaurants, jazz clubs, Fairway-next fresh Supermarket was very interested, BarbeQue an so on-the best contact for insider!!!!

This is a lovely place to discover New-York.
The flat is very well furnished, really clean and located at one minute of a metro station.
The bedrooms look over the garden, so they are very calm.
The owner is very nice and gave us good advices for our trip.
So, we loved this flat and we will rent it again when we will come back in New-York.

We LOVED this apartment & stayed in it when we attended our daughter's college graduation. The Ikea decor was way cool, and the whole place was brand new, clean, and modern. The owners couldn't have been nicer. Please be aware that there are steps to climb--it was on the 4th floor--so, it's not suitable for disabilities, but it was a terrific place to stay in a beautiful part of Harlem, and VERY close to the subway.
