We have stayed in this apartment for the past 3 years, it is very spacious, light, and very clean, nicely furnished with a beautiful sea facing balcony. The apartment is ideally placed, (virtually on the beach) surrounded by bars and cafes all serving wonderful food and tapas at very reasonable prices, the apartment is near to all shops and amenities, every thing you need for a superb stay in a wonderful unspoilt very Spanish town.

Rincon Apartment, Malaga

The apartment at Rincon is well located in a small fishing village close to Malaga city, there is a frequent bus service to Malaga with the bus stop being close to the apartment - journey time 25 mins. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped and the owners generously left tea, coffee and other basics which were very welcome after a late arrival. The kitchen is equipped with a full size gas cooker and microwave and most importantly a kettle and teapot for the tea drinkers! There are glorious views from the balcony which faces onto the beach - just across the road. There are several supermarkets close by and also internet cafes where we checked in on-line for our flight home thus avoiding queues at the airport. There are several restaurants close by and Rincon is a fishlovers paradise. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment and the helpful owners.

Sun & Serenity on the Costa del Sol

Review Submitted: March 28, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
We spent a relaxing mid-winter month escaping the northern cold and basking in balmy sunshine in Rincon de la Victoria on the Mediterranean Sea, near Malaga. This apartment has a magnificent view of the Sea, palm trees, colorful fishing boats resting on the beach and cliffs to the west. Below the balcony, a seaside promenade extends the length of the beach and beyond and is a pleasant walk in daytime and evenings. Many restaurants with outdoor seating line the promenade.
The apartment is also very well situated within walking distance to banks, supermarkets, the weekly outdoor mercado, bakeries, post office, clothing and houseware stores, services and buses to Malaga and other locations.
Judith and Jim, the apartment owners, who live nearby, were extremely welcoming, pleasant, helpful and accomodating.
The apartment is spacious, bright, comfortably furnished and equipped for cooking, eating, laundry, BBC TV access and relaxation on the balcony. We felt very much "at home".
From Rincon, we took day trips to Malaga, Antequera, Gibraltar, Nerja and the white hill towns of Frigiliana and Mijas. It was also an easy drive to Seville where we spent three delightful days.
This was our first experience of Spain. Andalucia charmed us and we left hoping to return.

A, not super modern furnished, but most comfortable and clean apartment. And with comfortable beds there is all you need for a pleasant stay. Right at the beach with a very nice view of the med. sea. Shops, Restaurants, Supermarkets etc. just down the block...very convinient ! And most of all a very friendly welcome and transport from Malaga / Airport to the apartment and vice versa, which was a great service....Thanks Jim !

We sure would like to visit again. And although we can´t say exactly when, am sure this will be this year 2009
So yes...you will see us again....:-)

A comfortable apartment with lovely views, especially of sunrise and sunset.Very convenient for numerous restaurants, bars, shops, banks, buses and only minutes from local taxi rank.Lovely walks along the promenade to neighbouring resorts. We also enjoyed the nearby village of Benalgabon-90cent bus ride away.Rincon is very Spanish, which we enjoyed.A lovely holiday.
