Perfect for a stay in NY

3 of us stayed here in October and had a fantastic time. Flat is excellent, well thought out and has everything you need - i-docks are a great addition. Location is fantastic, many good local bars, restaurants and of course deli's.
Suly was great to deal with and really helpful - great communication.
Enjoyed the stay and highly recommend this appartment. When back in the states will check for availability!

The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped. We had an issue with heating but that was fixed very fast.
There were plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the neighborhood and it was easy to get to other parts of NYC by subway.
Suly welcomed us with fresh fruits and candies and she was also flexible by letting us keep our baggage in the apartment for some hours after the check out. Thanks.

Lovely stay in NYC

This place was exceptional. It is as beautiful as it looks. I picked the Lower Eas Side as it seemed to have a lot more bars, restaurants and night life. And it did. The place was really spacious and accessible to all of Manhattan. The wifi signal was a little weak though.

We we’re a party of 5 30-something Irish gals looking to enjoy all NYC has to offer, the apartment was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable, plenty of space, plenty of mirrors (very important!) and hot water. The neighbour was perfect, a quiet street in the cool downtown area, very near subway and corner deli. Suly was so easy to deal with, great communication and really helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apt to anyone!

We spent five days in this apartment during August of 2009.
It was clean and well furnished, both the bedrooms where a great size and the kitchen had all the amenities you would expect.
It's located in a great part of the lower east side of Manhatten, minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of Ludlow, Rivington.
Highly recommended.
