Reviews of Property: Lovely Seaside Condo with Beach, Within Walking Distance of the Ocho Rios Touris

Upon entering the condo we were wonderfully surprised! It was very clean, I mean spotless! It's comfortable and located within walking distance to a wide variety of entertainment, local shopping and tourist areas. The beach is lovely and the view is just so peaceful. It's a fantastic deal and being the first time that I've ever stayed in a vacation rental it was a fantastic experience. Dawn (the housekeeper) is wonderful she gave us great tips on where to shop and how to navigate around the place. She is also a wonderful cook! It was so comfortable and we saw so much to do on the brochures that we added another day to our stay! Sandra gives you a lot of information about area attractions, restaurants and taxi drivers etc... so the 'all-inclusives' can keep their pricey concierge service - I'm coming right back to this little slice of paradise the next time I visit Ocho Rios!

The property was just as described in the ad and in conversation with the owner. It was clean and stocked with the groceries we had ordered, The first meal in the condo as prepared by the caretaker was appetizing and satisfied the initial craving for Jamaican cuisine. It has a nice balcony overlooking the ocean that we enjoyed and used every day. I would love to visit here again.

My husband, and two children ages 4 and 7 and I , just returned from a wonderful vacation in Ocho Rios Jamaica.We stayed in this lovely, clean and convenient apartment, situated right by the ocean. We were steps away from a beautifully maintained beach, where we could safely swim with our children and snorkal on a vibrant reef only steps into the ocean.My husband enjoyed fishing on the cliffs out back, right under our balcony, while the children played football on the lawn behind him.I ran many mornings, through the town, only a few blocks away.Shopping and night life and good restaurants in Ochi are wonderful, and many markets or street side vendors sell fun goods and good produce close by.The duty free jewlery section is worth a visit!
The property is security monitored 24 hours a day, and it is a gated community for residents only, so we felt safe leaving our belongings in the apartment when we travelled, and we felt safe in our beds at night...so important when travelling !!!The guard staff is highly visible, professional, and happy to help at any time.This also meant our beach was free from any unwanted persons, only approved staff on site.We had all sorts on water sports, boat tours and food, drinks etc. availeable at the beach if we wanted, but never had pressure to use these amenities, so we just did our own thing daily with no one bothering us.All in all, a wonderful place to vacation with your family in Jamaica!!!
Many thanks to our maid , Dawn, who was helpful but not intrusive, and the owner , Sandra, who made our rental a seamless process, even though our flights were delayed.They were always reachable,professional and right there to make it all work.
We will definitely do it all again!

I stayed in this condo in early October 2008 and it was a wonderful experience. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Dawn, the housekeeper, was very kind and friendly. The views were spectacular and I spent most of my time on the veranda listening to the waves!! I'd definitely do it again!!

The condo was great! I was extremely pleased the cleanliness and the overall location. Please keep in mind that the condo located located off Mahogany Beach and within walking distance of town. I also enjoyed the scenery; waking up every morning with a splendid ocean view!

The owner was very helpful in making sure that my transportation needs were met. Not to mention she arranged for the housekeeper to do the grocery shopping and cook prior to our arrival; we enjoyed her curry chicken!

You will not be disappointed enjoy....

The ocean view from the condo is breathtaking and unforgettable. The condo itself is very nice and well-maintained. The property is well secured and located within walking distance from restaurants, stores, tourist attractions, church, banks and much more. The housekeeper is a pleasure to know. You will not regret choosing this condo as your stay while visiting Jamaica.
