I Love Ocean Sands!

Great condo with wonderful views of beach - Clean and quiet for those of us not wanting spring break parties! I would highly recommend. Enjoy the beach or the pool and all attractions and great restaurants!!

My wife, 4 kids and I just returned from a week at Ocean Sands and I would like to verify that it was just as the literature describes it. The condo was clean and comfortable, the pool was warm and the beach was right there. The accomodations were great, and David gave us all the info we needed to enjoy a week in New Smyrna Beach. I would definitely go back!

We decided to go to NSB and were on the beach - from Canada - in less than 12 short hours, let me say you cannot get any more "last-minute" than that !!

We had the luxury of having the ground floor unit right next to the pool area and it was so convenient. We have two children, 4 1/2 years and 16 months old. When the baby went down for his afternoon nap all we had to do was turn on the monitor and relax by the pool. My 4 1/2 year old daughter loved the pool and really loved the hot tub. We could not get her out of there!

Ocean Sands resort is very beautiful and clean. You are literally on the beach within a few footsteps. Staying here is much better than staying in any high-rise if you ask me. The covenience of everything from your own fully stocked unit, the pool area, the beach and any shopping and/or restaraunts will meet all of your expectations.

Did I mention that the fridge has its own ICE MAKER in it?? Well it does! And the kitchen is full serve to make any meal whatsoever. Sleep number bed......40 is my sleep number. And the master suite bath is huge!

Resort on site staff was always available with great service including the housekeeping, maintenance and front desk personnel. I would also like to add that New Smyrna Beach is probably the nicest beach and beach-town to go and vacation to.....all around Friendly.

A very big Thank You to David for all of his help booking our Last - Minute Luxury Vacation in New Smyrna Beach. We look forward to booking again next year, and probably will need 2 weeks just to take it ALL in again.

The descriptions presented are accurate! Fabulous resort that is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Having an involved owner was extremely helpful with meeting special needs - as an example we requested and had the twin beds converted to a king - making the perfect accomodations for two couples! Valuable information was forwarded prior to trip - including maps, guides, and local information.
The staff on site was very cooperative and helpful. The only issue we encountered was a lost code on a key ~ easily fixed by a friendly office! This is the first condo rental I have encountered with towel service twice within a weeks time.
Location is convenient yet quiet! I would recommend this site to anyone looking for comfort, safety, and convenience. The size of the complex is an added benefit! No huge parking areas to contend with and no elevators!
Guests were a mixture of young adults, families with children and mature adults! Everyone was friendly! The common areas were never crowded and the hot tub became an area to meet others and share!
We found a great restaurant on Route 1 headed north - called Blackbeard! FABULOUS service, great food and fairly priced!
Hopefully, we will get to return next year for another week of fun in the sun!

The Ocean Sands Beach Club was a great getaway from winter in Connecticut. The property was clean. It was nice to meet so many nice people from all over the country and Canada too. The layout of the condo was excellent with new amenities. It was clean and spacious. David did a great job describing the rental, as well as giving us many good suggestions for dining and site seeing. The location was ideal. The beach pristine. We hope to go back to the same unit at the same time next year. Strongly recommended!!!   L and B from Connecticut.

My friend and I stayed at David's condo the end of the summer in 2008. The views of the beach and the sound of the waves can't be beat. The pool jacuzzi, gazebo area are all recently updated and couldn't be nicer. I basically lived at the pool while my friend preferred running on the beach. David was a wonderful host and sent us great informaiton. The number of units that shared the pool area made it very friendly.I had never stayed on the ocean side of Florida before but this visit definitely made it worth coming back. Enjoy! Susan

My "husband and I live in Buffalo, New York and we spent our honeymoon in New Smyrna this past April at the Ocean Sands Beach Club. The location of our unit at the Ocean Club was "Perfect"! Ten steps to the pool and jacuzzi; the ocean right outside our door. I can't accurately describe how beautiful the view is from David's property. The unit itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, plenty of living space with a full kitchen setup, althought I admit we did not use the kitchen very much. There are so many good restaurants in the area, and thanks to David for recommending several which we tried and enjoyed. New Smyrna is a beautiful part of Florida, not crowded with tourists, still very much the old Florida. During our visit, we noticed numerous couples as well as families at the Ocean Club; a good mix with friendly people. David sent us maps and other informational material which helped us find our way around. I could go on and on and on about our very relaxing and fun stay and I recommend the Ocean Sands and David's beach front location to everyone who loves the ocean as we do! We were initially somewhat hesitant about booking this trip online sight unseen. I can tell you true that David made the process easy and we were not disappointed! A great place to regroup, relax, and have a good time. We will be back! Jim and Pat

We recently returned from a great week at New Smyrna Beach at Ocean Sands Beach Club. We were looking for a quiet beach area to rest and relax after a very hectic year. Ocean Sands was exactly what we were looking for and more. We took 2 teenagers and they loved the beach and pool! The ocean view from the deck was awesome and the pool was steps from our unit.
We have been to New Smyrna several times and this was the very best place we have stayed. David provided all the information and maps that we needed to find anything we needed. We found shopping, restaurants (Manny's was the kids favorite - right across the street), and sight-seeing. The condo was great and the flowers that greet you make it feel like 'coming home'. Everything we needed to set-up was provided and the sleep number bed was great! We met some great people during our stay - everyone from guests to staff were friendly and helpful. The condo was clean, comfortable and fully equipped with all we needed for a great stay. The facility is well-maintained and very clean.
Renting through David was great - all the paperwork was handled ahead of time and check-in was literally walking in and giving my name and picking up a parking pass. It could not have been easier.
I highly recommend Ocean Sands Beach Club and David if you are looking for a great get-a-way. David made renting via the internet easy and everything was exactly as he said it would be. Thanks David - for a great, relaxing week - we will be back!
