Fantastic Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect and decorated so beautiful. Enjoyed going to beach, exercise and living the California lifestyle. Our trip was perfect and can't wait to come back next year. Also, enjoyed great walking trails by Ritz Carlton and St.Regis. My family enjoyed surfing, a day a Legoland and more. Lots of stuff to do in area. Beautiful area!!

We had such a wonderful vacation, and renting your beautiful cottage made for a stress-free visit. Your place is so beautifully decorated and it was great not having the hustle and bustle of a busy hotel and all that goes with staying in a hotel. It was so nice for my kids to spend so much time with their cousins and our families were inseparable the entire time. We spent several hours with a realtor, looking at houses in Laguna Niguel, and we're considering putting our house on the market...that's how much we love CA.

We were disappointed to find out that the pool was under construction and the ocean access was blocked off due to redoing the pathway to the ocean. I thought my daughters were kidding when they walked in and said the pool was all dug up and they were not able to get through to the ocean. Wow...double wammy and no notice from the property owner.

The cottage was fabulous but we went there expecting a pool that we could walk to and lounge around and also to be able to be steps away from the ocean....Very disappointed with the owners with not being notified of these inconveniences. Lesson learned....ask many questions before arriving to your rented property. Not a good "first experience".

We currently have a reduced rate from our regular
rate of $2,000 per week! The reduced rate is only
$950 due to new construction of swimming pool to
be completed now around mid May of 2009. We are
however offering guest with reduced rate a week
membership to private pool and tennis club nearby.
The private club also has spa and other amenities
as well as 2 locations.
