This was our first time using a condo for vacation and the experience was such a nice one we are "hooked" on it. We have 2 kids (ages 6 and 1) and the amenities of the condo fit in just right for our needs. I was overjoyed to see that when we got in late from our flight (in a thunderstorm) our keys were waiting for us, there was a crib to drop the little one in and parking was COVERED!!! We loved having our own spot to park and not having to drive around a parking lot forever to find one like you usually have to do when renting at a hotel. The convience of the beach being right there ('specially at naptime) is more than someone can ask for. I don't know if it was just the time we visited or if it's always like that but the beach was nice and quiet without worries of the kids getting lost in a crowd. (We didn't visit the pool we were to busy on the beach) Having two full bathrooms helped when everyone needed to wash the sand off after being on the beach. The only things that we were unhappy with were: The vertical blinds for the balcony doors kept falling off, no free internet and a dustbuster or something to SUCK up the sand would have been nice but these weren't things that would keep us from coming back. I do have to agree with the post about the view, I was a little shocked to be looking at the parking lot and road (more so than a park) but who really sits out there anyway when there's a beach to be on??? Overall we would recommend this condo to anyone that wanted to save money on renting a condo to stay at a wonderful beach. Thanks so much for letting us stay at your place and have a FUN first vacation for our little one.

We had a wonderful time. The accomodations we great and loction awesome.Our 8yr old granddaughter thought it was the most wonderful place. We went to Busch Gardens one day and after about two hours, she ask if we could "just go back to the beach and the swimming pool" My 80 year old parents went also and the had a wonderful time walking on the beach, sitting on the balcony and swimming each day. It was well worth the money spent. We would all love to come again.

Just wanted you to know that we had a wonderful week at the condo. Thank you so much. The accomodations were wonderful...beds comfortable, very clean and well kept bldg. We had some windy days so it was great the beach was on one side of the bldg and the pool the other. We bounced around if we had had too much sun.. Grills to use , picnic area..all good. I liked the balcony away from the afternoon sun. We sat out after a long day of sun and it was cool and comfortable. The water was warm, the waves a lot of fun and a good long beach for morning walks..We took in Tampa Bay games and that was so easy to get to. Lots of fun restaurants and shops not too far away. Definitely would come back to have another stay. Thank you Beth! Betsy

We had a great time. Probably the best vacation we'd ever had. I love the area; and this condo was close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was quite comfortable, and we totally enjoyed our stay. Look forward to going back again.

The condo was great! Our family really enjoyed our time on the Gulf!!!!!! The only downfall was not being oceanfront. Other than that everything was great.

Everything was clean, beach and pool were great, rooms were spacious. 2 things I wish I would have known - a street view instead of beach and no beach towels. They handled crib and hi chair rental easily for me. Would stay again, felt secure.

Location great Condo clean, spacious and comfortable.
Pool next to roadside is very noisy, but the beach is like heaven.
only suggestion for improvement would be the bed linens and pillows.
I would definitely stay again.
