Reviews of Property: Ahwatukee Condo Rental - Ground Floor - Corporate Travelers Welcome

My wife and I relocated to the Phoenix area over the summer for my job, and we needed a place to stay for 3 months while we looked to buy a house. This condo was just the ticket. It's well located near I-10 to get most everywhere in Phoenix, while still being tucked in to the Ahwatukee foothills, near South Mountain for hiking and beautiful views.

Although the apartment isn't "ultra high end" (no granite countertops) it is perfectly located close to the pool (great for an evening dip when its warm) and is well laid maintained/clean. All the cooking equipment you need is there, the beds are comfortable, and the patio with a grill is a nice touch. The owner was very responsive and has thought of the little touches, too, like paperback novels to read and a binder of information on the area.

The condo compares very favourably with the description on the internet. The apartment is well equipped clean and very comfortable. The condo is conveniently placed for excursions around Pheonix, and Arizona in general. There are numerous restaurants close by, and a supermarket is very close. There are several affordable golf courses in close proximity to the condo.

The owners provide a very friendly and good service, and are very obliging re advice and problem solving.

We were quite pleased with this condo. It was fully stocked in the kitchen, and it was clear that the owners take care of the place and keep it very clean. Easy access to South Mountain State Park was also a nice bonus.

The condo is clean and in good repair. The location is convenient to downtown as well as the East Valley. It is comfortably furnished. It is on the first level which saves daily stair climbing. Having a washer and dryer is a real plus. The complex is gated and is safe with quiet neighbors. All the stores and restaurants you need are in close proximity.
