This condo is absolutely as described. Beautifully maintained, great privacy and great facilities. The neighbours have all been very friendly. The only downside is that our vacation wasn't long enough. We have been here for three weeks at end of May and the weather was perfect.

It is great to rent a property that has everything in the cupboards that you have at home. This place is well furnished and very comfortable (with good beds!). The neighbors are friendly and helpful. A great place to relax or to do touring in the mountains of southeastern AZ.

recently my wife & I rented this property in Green Valley.We had always stayed in hotels on previous vacations.The property was as nice or better than advertised.Dan has been a very nice person to deal with.We are looking forward to going back next year and staying longer.As I said everthing was as nice or better than advertised& Dan is a nice person to deal with.

We have spent two winters here now and have never been disappointed. This is a wonderful bungalow, very well appointed, decorated and maintained. This is truly a home away from home. We have fed the birds daily and have been pleased to see rabbits come to the water dish as well. Green Valley itself is a great community with lots to see and do. It is close to many attractions and the area is full of history. If you are a golfer, this is heaven and we can't sing enough praises about the climate. The owner, Dan, is great to deal with and the neighbours are very helpful.

This property is as described, very, very nice. We enjoyed our month long stay, enjoying the beautiful country side, visiting many interesting places, such as Tombstone, Bisbee, Tubuc & the oldest mexican restaurant, El Charro, in Tucson. It was especially nice to come "home" to a very clean & comfortable townhouse after a busy day.

Dan's home is beautifully decorated and afforded all the comforts of home. Having the internet was a huge factor in keeping in touch back home. Community is very friendly and made us feel very welcome even though we were only there two weeks. Dan went out of his way to help us arrange our stay. Our only regret was leaving!

We have enjoyed our stay at Dan's lovely patio home, and appreciate the quiet neighborhood. The home is nicely furnished, and the patio is visited by a variety of birds and an occasional rabbit. The home is conveniently located to nearby shopping.
