Excellent home!

We had a great Christimas 2008 vacation. This house is very nice location, in a gated community. The home was very clean and maintained very well. The owner and sister in law were very easy to work with. Much nicer than any hotel we stayed at in the area. We would stay here again the next time we visit Arizona.

The home is located in a very nice gated area. For the most part everything was as expected by the online description. It felt like home away from home;clean, neat, sanitary! The property owner was really easy to work with and was always promt in responding to any questions/concerns that I had. Staying at this home definately helped to make the vaction a great one!
We would stay there again if and when we visit AZ again.

Good spot for a couple or 4 in Goodyear. Clean, well equiped, cooks will love it, my wife did! Short walk to the pool, tons of shopping & restaurants within 1 mile, save on gas.

This is a great house in a beautiful gatted community. A wonderful place for a vacation. The home is nicely decorated, very clean and has everything you would need. It is a short walk to the community pool. Many things to do in the area. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. My family had a wonderful vacation here.

Very well decorated and maintained property. The owners are exceptional people and rspect guest privacy. We enjoyed staying there during our visit in Goodyear, AZ.

This was a great place! Very nice neighborhood with walking paths. Near the park for children and close enough to walk to the community pool. Nice furnishings! It felt like home away from home! Compare prices - this is a great deal!!
