Good Location

This is a tremendous property in a great city. We were there with our family of 2 girls aged 14 and 17. We were never bored!
The flat is lovely, spacious, quiet, light and clean. The bedooms are beautiful.
The balcony is also great and gets the sun in the afternoon and evening.
The location could not be better as close to S Bahn, U Bahn, buses and main rail line station. This makes travelling about very easy whether you want to go into Berlin or swimming at the many lakes on the west side of Berlin.
The area of Berlin itself is also lovely with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc if you want them.
Landlady, Sonja, also very helpful telling us about restaurants and best routes to travel etc.

We were a party of 5 ladies who were on a sightseeing break in Berlin. The apartment was ideal, it was spacious, bright, very clean, well equiped and was centrally based with the underground, train station, restaurants and supermarkets all around. The correspondence with the landlady over booking and paying was very smooth and she was very helpful leaving us a note of which restaurants to visit and where to shop. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Berlin.

We were delighted with this accommodation. It's a bright, airy, clean apartment with all necessary equipment. It is conveniently located, very close to transportation, shopping and some tourist sites. Within a few hundred metres are food shops, bakeries, coffee houses and numerous restaurants of all types.

The kitchen, though small, was equipped well enough for us to prepare several good meals durin ght week we were there.

The landlord was ver accommodating to our needs and quite thoughtful, especially when we arrrived jet-lagged.

We were just a week at this wonderful apartment that delivers exactly what it promises (except maybe the tennisplatz....that we didn't want want so never looked up?). But the location for urban adventurers was perfect, with plenty of light and space, sleeping for six easily, and a very good kitchen, washer/dryer, etc..all at a very reasonable price. Families and couples could easily hang out or use it mostly as we did (as 'base camp'). It's less than a pleasant hours stroll along the Ku'damm and through the Tiergarten to the Brandenburger Tor and downtown, or via the S-Bahn (there are really a variety ways to get around). We jogged to Schloss Charlottenburg and also several times around one of the nearby little lakes. We cooked in twice and ate wonderfully all over the area (huge international variety). Around the corner (literally) to the left 100 meters is the renowned Ku'damm, and up the street to the right is a mixed residential district with restaurants and stores, etc. A pretty perfect place to stay and our hostess did everything she promised and settled up with us for the extra charges, very fairly, right when we left. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager und eine Hündin) haben uns in dieser wirklich gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab nur Lobenswertes, keine Kritik. Trotz zentraler Lage war die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Beschreibung im Online- Inserat entsprach absolut der Realität. Hervorzuheben ist die günstige Lage bezüglich U- Bahn-, S- Bahn- und Bus- Anbindung. Die Wohnung war in einandfreiem Zustand. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin funktionierte problemlos. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben zu dritt im August 8 Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht, die fast keine Wünsche offen lässt!!!
Hell und großzügig, liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, Sommer-tauglich durch die herrliche Terrasse, romantisch durch den nächtlichen Blick auf den "Eiffelturm" von Berlin.. Darüberhinaus gute S-Bahnanbindung und die Möglichkeit, mitgebrachte Fahrräder sicher abzustellen.
(Übrigens: Berlin mit dem Rad: nicht immer ungefährlich, aber spannend!)

Wir haben die WM Woche genossen, und dies nicht nur, weil die deutschen Athleten so erfolgreich waren..

Wer in Berlin nach Anstrengungen des Tages, sei es nach einer Tagung oder Messe wie bei uns stilvoll relaxen will, der ist hier richtig! Wir waren zu fünf Personen in der Wohnung und konnten uns trotzdem aus dem Weg gehen. Zum Abbau des Morgenstress helfen auch die 2 Bäder und die Essecke sowohl in der Küche als auch der Essbereich im Wohnzimmer oder ganz zurückgezogen und gut für Morgenmuffel im Wintergarten.
Die Wohnung liegt so verkehrsgünstig, dass man entweder überall hinlaufen kann, Kurfürstendamm runter, Savignyplatz, zum Charlottenburger Schloss oder nach ein paar Stationen mit Bus oder Bahnen schnell überall ist.
Ich wäre am liebsten gleich ganz da geblieben!

I rented this apartment to be occupied by 4 adults in April 2008 for 10 days. The negotiations with the landlady via email went extremely smoothly. She respondeed in a timely manner and provided accurate and helpful information. The apartment met all our expectations and needs. The brightness and spaciousness of the rooms was particularly pleasant. Since we prepared some of our meals in the apartment, the close vicinity to a variety of grocery stores was also quite convenient. The central, but quiet and safe location was ideal; so was the close vicinity to U-Bahn and S-Bahn. I can truly recommend this apartment.
