Reviews of Property: Stylish Air Con Beach Apartment with Pool,BBQ, Satellite TV,PC & WiFi Internet

This apartment had everything we needed and more for a marvelous stay on the French Riviera. The fact we had Frances at the end of a phone instead of a pretentious holiday rep made it all the better. She made sure we got from the airport to the apartment and vice versa and filled us in on the local area as well as further afield. The security of the complex and pool is an added bonus ensuring it is peaceful and relaxing for all users. The apartment has too many features to mention but is so modern with high quality fixtures and fittings and a balcony with all mod cons and home comforts as well as being spotlessly clean. In this area you are spoiled for choices of transport with buses running frequently and a train station a 10 min walk from the apartment stopping at all major coastal towns. The highlight for us was in Monte Carlo when we were treated to a display from the Red Arrows at the Monaco yacht show, a total surprise yet spectacular.
This was definitely a holiday to remember, made all the better by staying at the Lido San Marco and we surely hope to return in the not too distant future.

Had a great 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. Accommodation was really nice, very modern with everything you could need and all in excellent, very clean condition.

The only slight negative was that the air conditioning was not working very efficiently when we were there and we had a few very sticky nights but Adrian (owner) and Frances (rep) did do their best to sort it out for us - being peak season the engineer couldn't get their in time to be of benefit to us but that's life!

However, the resort is great, ideal base for touring the whole area and we visited many of the surrounding towns by train and bus including Cannes and Monaco both of which are well worth a visit. Juan Le Pins is also really vibrant and the kids loved it as street entertainers and craft stalls along the beach.

Cagnes Sur Mer itself is really nice with lovely restaurants and is much quieter than a lot of the other resorts around this area which we really liked as Cannes was so busy when we visited!

Frances (the rep for the apartment) was lovely and very helpful with her local knowledge. All in all a great stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment (especially once the a/c is up and running properly!)

The description didn't oversell the apartment. It was a stylish, comfortable apartment with all modern conveniences, that compared very favourably with a boutique hotel.
The decor was tasteful and modern and the balcony really added to the holiday experience with the barbecue, the dining al fresco, and the relaxing sun beds.
We really hope to be able to stay again next year, so we can explore the area further.

Le meilleur appartement dans Le Lido! L'appartement avait TV, HIFI et Internet avec Wifi. Il est à seulement 2 minutes de la plage et de nombreux fantastique restaurants et boutiques. Très bien.

Very stylish and comfortable apartment ideally located to local shops, restaurants and train station.

The property was very clean and well maintained, with everything we needed, both in the lounge and kitchen.

Easy access to numerous places of interest.

Better then described. The apartment was in excellent condition, very clean and tidy on arrival. The guide to the apartment covered all the main features of the apartment and the equipment provided and Frances gave a thorough introduction to the apartment and the surrounding area. The Kitchen was well equipped, the Lounge was very relaxing and the balcony superb - the palms provided a very mediteranean feel to this luxurious apartment. Needles to say we have already booked next year and will certainly be telling all our friends. Thanks for a superb holiday.

Myself and partner stayed here for the week, ages 26 and 30yrs, Frances collected us from the airport even though we were late on the saturday which was very much appreciated. The resort was all we could have asked for and the pool area and beach were 1min walk away. Excellent restaurants on the marina if u fancy a treat, cheaper emals along the seafront. Also for young people check out the local discoteque annexe, we got into a private party and free drinks all night. Would definately recommend to family and friends.

First of all we were met by Frances - who explained all the facilities of the apartment and more! The apartment was clean and obvisouly well maintained. The apartment had all the equipment er could have wanted and the close proximity to the pool and beach were a wonderful bonus as were all the excellent restaurants along the promenade and the near by marina. We did visit the near by Renoir Museum which was a delight - very French! We would have liked to have explored the whole area more but time just flew by! Thank you for a great holiday - we will definately be booking next year!
