Apartment is small but everything you need is in there! Location is perfect, few minutes walk to the beach and really in the hart of the old town with al the restaurants and bars. parking in the area is difficult but not impossible. Apartment is recommended!

The apartment, to say the least, is in a great location. Just down hill from the chateau ruins and up hill from the hustle and bustle of the Place Rossetti. Despite the steep stairs, and I would only recommend this apartment to individuals who consider themselves fit and active because of them, the views from the balcony are superb and well worth the effort of the climb. For those who wish to see more of Nice and her surrounding villages, the apartment is perfect as it is a stones throw away from the Gare Routiere, (bus station) and the tram stop. On the way you can even pickup lunch at the fantastic patisseries and market sellers. The apartment is on the small side, however my partner and I found it perfect for what we needed. The sun birsts through the east facing window making it a lovely place to have breakfast before venturing out to the beach, which is only a 10min saunt away.

All in all the apartment was brilliant and comes highly recommended

We very much enjoyed our stay in Nice.We got around quite a bit and were really impressed by the transport system only 1 euro anywhere; even to Menton which we can recommend.
The flat met all our expectations; well located; modern;well equiped and with those truly wonderful views.Excellent.
As healthy seniors we found the stairs a doddle ! Mimi and Rudolfo from 'LA BOHEME' would have flourished here !!!

Lovely apartment, has everything you need, enough room to leave sofa bed down, has great shower and nice bathroom also nice balcony-good views. Great location, near beach and markets also not far from bus station which made it easy to get to and from the airport and to go to monaco for the day - only 1 euro. Would definately stay there again.

apartment is quite small, but the view out of the windows is a great
source of entertainment. The location is brilliant with easy
access to the old town and beyond. Mike was really helpful and came quickly to meet us with the key. The apartment had everything we needed and we cooked each day. There
were some books and magazines to browse which was good.The stairs are very steep and would not be suitable for anyone who finds stairs challenging. Nice is such a good town for a short break. We went to the new museum of modern art and there was a lovely exhibition of the sculptor/walker Richard Long which was a treat. We would recommend your apartment !

The apartment is wonderful! It's clean and stylish. Views from the balcony are splendid, on the left you can see the chateau hill (with a waterfall) and on the right Place Rossetti. The owners are friendly and the description on the site is accurate. There are a lot of museums, shops and restaurants (don't forget the harbour area) in Nice. It's easy to make a daytrip by bus or train to see the surroundings.
I would recommend the appartment to friends!

Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous apartment. The location is brilliant (we felt like one of the locals living there!) and it's decorated and furnished beautifully. The tourist maps and books you left in the apartment were really helpful too.

We really enjoyed our stay, we loved the apartment, we really appreciated being accommodated last minute and we hope we'll get to stay there again!
