Wonderful Apartment with amazing view.

This apartment was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was modern, clean and had all the amenities that you would need. There is also a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from both rooms.

There was plenty of room in the apartment and the managment was excellent. If there were any questions or inquiries they were always available.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Paris. The location is central and the metro stations is a few minutes walk.

Thank you, I had a wonderful time.

Danes liked Paris appartment

We were in the appartment for four nights - from Friday to Tuesday: Mother, father, two teenage daughters and my mother in law. The appartment was brilliant for us. Nice kitchen for cooking when we wanted to do the food ourselves. Clean. Wonderful view from 7. floor. Good transport/metro-possibilities close by. Good service when we booked in and out. We would certainly recommend the appartment to friends. The only potential negative things we would mention is that some in a group of 3 to 5 have to accept sleeping in the combined kitchen and sofa/television/etc.-room + that it is a bit time consuming to get to the appartment from the street via two elevators. But the view is worth it and everything else works too. So thumbs up. Best regards - Peter from Denmark.

Peaceful and practical

Being a guest in your apartment was wonderful. We loved it. We look forward to doing so again.
The apartment was exactly as described in the advertising material, and was thoroughly clean and tidy on our arrival. We quickly made ourselves at home, and I was able to relax in a lovely hot bath after the long drive.
We know Paris well, and so were less awestruck by the city than a first-time visitor might be. Therefore staying in the much more residential area of Montparnasse was ideal for us, particularly as there were several supermarkets close by. The view from the window was wonderful, and I am not particularly referring to the Eye-Candy Tower: the peace of the Jardin Atlantique, onto which the apartment looks, and the rhythm of the surrounding blocks was, for me, like a Philip Glass composition.
We were very careful about the security of your apartment, double-locking the front door at night and when we left the apartment. As a result, the apartment also felt very secure for us. The other people living in the residential block were friendly to us - much more so than I suspect people in the UK would have been. I was very happy to have parked our car in such a safe place. The process of vacating the apartment was straightforward, and the concierge was friendly.
I am an enthusiastic cook, and as a strict vegan (and therefore severely restricted in the places where I can eat out), it was excellent to be able to use the cooking facilities, and did so every day. As well as pasta and polenta dishes, I like to cook Indian, and south-east Asian curries, Chinese and Japanese food. So, next time we visit, I shall bring with me a couple more pots and pans. With its large dining table, the apartment was an ideal size for our needs.
Although far from television addicts, we made some use of the nice television, but we were unable to use the DVD player because of the incompatibility between our UK (PAL) DVDs and the French (SECAM) television. Fortunately, we had a travel DVD player/screen with us so that my daughter was able to watch the occasional DVD.
We had a lovely time in Paris, and feel revitalised as a result. Staying in your apartment was a key aspect of the trip, both in making the trip work, and also setting the tone: for that we are most thankful. We found you welcoming, helpful and accommodating, for which we are most grateful. We look forward to meeting you again.
We lost no time in recommending your apartment to friends and to relatives.

Montparnasse One-bedroom Flat

Abayuba Weston FL
Review Submitted: March 29, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
Having lived previously in Paris, I was already acquainted with the neighborhood, but didn't really expect anything as well appointed as this apartment. Kami was in the lobby waiting for Ginger and me to hand us the keys and perform the formalities. He had thoughtfully stocked basics like soda, water and a baguette in the pantry. The apartment has a spacious bedroom and ample living room with a double sofa bed. The Montparnasse area is tops for little bistros and retail shopping, i.e., lots of small storefronts. Two thumbs up for this apartment and location. We're definitely staying here again!

We spent 6 days here for New Years. The apartment was perfect and greatly exceeded our expectations. The view is amazing and at night you can watch the Eiffel Tower light up. When we return to Paris, we'll be sure to stay here again. We'll also be sure to recommend this property to friends and family.

Thanks Kamran for all of your help, our stay couldn't have been better.

Stayed recently in this apartment - absolutely loved it. The apartment was actually big enough for the 4 of us, very very close to Metro station Gaité, close to shops of all kind, and the view to the tower is simply magnificent. Felt safe walking around late at night - very important for 4 young ladies...I highly recommend this to all my friends and family and we can't wait to go back!
