Reviews of Property: Aztec Villa. Stylish, 3-beds, private heated pool, 2 mins from sandy beaches

The villa is located in the best plot on the development with partial sea views, access via footpath to the beach and close to all local amenities. A great home from home feel. The pool was great. The kids loved it and really benefitted from heating – no chest infections (the first ever when on holiday) Many thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

Everything was brilliant.

Have just spent a wonderful week at this villa with another couple. Everything that is written about the place is spot on.ie the quite cul-de-sac location, the property was clean ,tidy and everything you could wish for was provided and whats better it worked! The Pool area was excellent with plenty of toys for kids to amuse themselves with and the sun loungers that are provided only added to the relaxing atmosphere. The correspondance between the owner and myself was first glass any concerns or issues were dealt with efficiently. The villa is situated minutes from the beach ,restaurants, shops and bars all of which are of the highest standard. We tried a different restaurant each evening and didnt get bad service or food in any of them. We will definately be visiting again next year and am recommending to all of my friends that this is a place to go with or without kids.

Having just landed at Larnaca Airport, the instructions on how to get to Aztec Villa were first rate. It took just over half an hour and we never got lost once. They were very accurate, as was the welcome pack which told us everything we needed to know about the villa itself and the area. The villa itself is at the end of a short cul-de-sac and so very quiet. Upon entering the villa, it really was jaw-dropping. The place has been furnished to an incredibly high standard. Every room was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had every appliance you could wish for. Outside was a very large swimming pool and around it sun loungers, table and chairs and a garden shed full of pool equipment and toys for children. Whilst the house and the immediate surroundings were very quiet, a good selection of nightclubs, restaurants and shops were only about half a mile away, easily within walking distance. A very comprehensive supermarket though, was literally at the beginning of the cul-de-sac, some 200 yards away. Myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our all too brief stay at Aztec Villa. We are in our early sixties but we feel that the villa would suit people of all ages, with or without children. You can stay at the villa and not venture outside if you do not want to. There were plenty of dvd's and computer games for both adults and children to occupy the evenings at the villa, or, if like us, there was plenty to see and do in the surrounding countryside. We would have no hesitation in recommending Aztec Villa to anyone.
