We spent 2 weeks. The property was clean and very well kept. The property is very close to all facilities and amenities one would require on holiday. The owner was very welcoming and very helpful. We definately recommend it and will surely come back again.

We had a wonderful week in Malta. The apartment was just as perfect as it was described, clean and well equipped. The location could not be better - busses, ferries, shops and restaurants were all just few steps away. Still the best thing was the owners kind hospitality and helpfullness. We will definetly recommend the apartment to all our friends planning to visit Malta.

The description we read online about the apartament was very accurate but we know that often we can find online some informations or photos that could not respond to reality... It's not for this apartment: the reality has been better of what we imagined!!!
The apartment is really in a very good location: close to sea, shops, banks, restaurants, but it's also in a perfect location to sleep very well (there are no noises of cars, people, pubs or other...)
The property was very clean and good maintained (we could say it's a new apartment!) and the owner has provided not a good, but an excellent customer service!!
So... we would recommend this property to a friend and we hope to return to Malta as soon as possible!!

I can say that the description of the property is really good. the flat is well-furnished,very clean and you can relax staying there in spite of the high temperature outside.
However, what I want to underline is the owner of the flat. Mario is fantastic, I dare say that he is the most kind owner that I have never met. He helped us to arrive to the location from the airport, then he drove us through Sliema, by his car, showing the best place where to do shopping and whatever we needed.
During the week he called us to know if it was all right, as it was, really.Last but not least, he provided food for us, that it was really kind thing.
we like to think of Mario as a real frend that we have in Malta and I'll recommend him to all my friends. Paolo and Ilaria

A wonderful stay in Malta

Excellent property, very clean and very well equipped.
Very conveniently located being just off the Sliema seafront and very close to shops, bars and restaurants, bus stops, ferries, etc.
The owner was abosolutely wonderful making sure we were perfectly OK throughout our holiday.
We had a wonderful holiday and will surely return to this apartment, very soon. Would surely recommend it to anyone.

The apartment, where we lived from 31 May 2009 to 12 June 2009, was very clean, well furnished and very well equipped. As it is located very close to the center of Sliema, you can find everything important you need (buses, banks, ferry, shops, supermarket, …) within a few minutes walk.
The owner Mario, is really kind and very helpful both by email and especially at our arrival. His information have been really helpful.
We warmly recommend this apartment and Mario. Thanks for the hospitality.

We just got back from 2 wonderful weeks in Malta. We found this property on the INTERNET and were so impressed by the ad as well as by the excellent reviews that we decided to take the plunge and book on-line. Mario was very easy to deal with and he was very helpful in arranging a taxi to take us from the airport to the apartment. When we arrived there, our expectations were more than met as the apartment was very clean, well supplied with everything you might need to make it a home away from home and Mario was kind enough to supply us with a starter package of basic foods like milk, coffee, eggs, ham and bottled water. An added perk that was greatly appreciated, as we were not looking forward to going shopping after our long trip.
The location of the apartment was also great as it was only a short walk from the waterfront in a quiet street. On the waterfront is a bus terminus and a ferry that crosses over to Valletta, as well as lots of restaurants to chose from. The whole of the Sliema waterfront was right next door and made for a pleasant walk in the evening.
Mario kept in touch with us just to make sure that everything was fine. It was nice to chat but we never needed anything as everything worked just fine in the apartment.

The description on the website is very accurate.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything one needs.
The apartment is close to everything we required.
We didn't hire a car because the bus service and the ferries are so close to the property.
Mario, the owner, was great. He really looked after us in every way.
Cannot fault anything with this apartment.
I would surely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in a clean, and comfortable place with a great service by the owner.

We had our Easter break in this lovely property.
The description on the website and client's comments are very accurate.
The apartment was very clean and extremely well equipped. The internet was great and my daughter enjoyed watching the Disney channel.
Location was superb, everything one needs is within walking distance.
Mario, the owner, was absolutely fantastic. He was very courteous and helpful. His recommendations and tips were very useful.
One cannot go wrong staying in this great property and very hospitable owner. Would surely recommend it to anyone coming to Malta.

Great time in Sliema

We chose this place very much on the back of all the other reviews and its fair to say that they are pretty accurate. Especially when it comes to the owner Mario, what a great chap, he really couldn't have done enough for us and was most helpful and accomodating from before we even went to Malta! The apartment is indeed well situated down the back streets, our only bugbear was the traffic cutting through these back streets at the early hours and as you will discover for yourselves, they are happy to use their horns at any time! All in all a great break for us, the apartment was clean and had everything you would need. You are 5-10 minutes walk from the Ferry/ Harbour Cruises, shops, supermarket and cafes at the bottom of the street. We loved it in Malta especially as the weather was fantastic. Getting around by bus was so easy, there is absolutely no point in hiring a car, even without the very real chance of losing your damage waiver within the first day! They all drive around like they are the only ones on the road. However, when it comes to rudeness, the bus drivers are in a class of their own and notorious for it, so make sure you keep some small change for the fares. You don't need to go laden down with guidebooks either, as what Mario doesn't already have in the apartment for you, he will happily tell you and his 'tips and suggestions' only made our stay all the more enjoyable.

I can assure you that the vast majority of the Maltese people are nowhere like that, but on the contrary, they are very well known for their very warm hospitality and friendliness.
A point to note is that thanks to the bus drivers (who I agree with you totally, they can at times be quite rude) and some other drivers (who anyway, might or might not necessarily be Maltese), your review is the only review out of the present 27 reviews which has a 4/5 rating compared to all the other present 26 reviews which have a 5/5 rating.
