Reviews of Property: WOW! 4 bed house on the acclaimed Regal Palms Resort, near Disney World

Had a great stay with my wife and 2 children - location of the house/resort is wonderful for the Disney Parks and access to the main highways- also very conveniently located just around the corner from a large Supermarket and other shops.

House itself was very spacious, clean and well equipped.
The house is very close to the main Clubhouse and reception so could easily walk from the house or take a 1 minute drive if feeling lazy...

The Clubhouse had internet access (wi-fi) which was free. The restaurant was very good and convenient after a long day at the theme parks.

The best feature of all was the pool area with its lazy-river which my kids loved.

My only critiscism was that the lazy river became very packed on several days and I suspect full of many people whoi were not actually staying at the resort - theer was very little or no checks to prevent anyone from just walking in! There were some unsavoury people staying at the resort also which I guess is the norm if you decide to book a place with shared facilities.

I’m sure we’ll revisit in the future…The owner was very helpful and his suggestions helped us save time and money…The resort and the property are very nice and I would highly recommend it particularly to those with young children. The Regal Palms was an extrondianry place to stay. It was very clean and quiet at night. When we came back to the resort after a long day at the theme parks my kids always wanted to hit the pool, my whole family had a wonderful time at the resorts pool. We had meet some very nice people everyday. I can't wait to spread the news of such a wonderful place to stay and without taking a tour if you do not wish. The price was perfect, especially if you could share with another couple. Every morning I would get up early enough to cook a big breakfast, and most evenings we came back to eat dinner. This saved a bundle on feeding as many as we had in our group, the local Publix and Walmart was a life saver for this trip. I was able to keep up with laundry so when I went back home I did not have this piled up. Everyone in our group helped on everything and we all had a wonderful time

Regal Palms is great, we had to drag the Kids out of the huge pools - they would have spent the whole vacation in the pool. The rest of the facilities were just as described and the staff were friendly.
The house was exactly as we had been told, clean and comfortable and close to the facilities.

We will definitely be back.

This was our 3rd trip to Florida. We booked our holiday through Simon and his service was great. He has a really useful Frequently Asked Questions website that gave us a load of useful tips. The Resort is in a convenient location about 15 to 20 minutes drive from Disney. The house was well maintained and had all the usual extras, a real "home away from home". The Resort is great for relaxing and we took advantage of it and saved ourselves yet another exhausting day at Disney as our kids just loved the pools there, and we enjoyed resting our feet for a day! Would definitely recommend it and planning on returning, which is not something we normally do.

We rented Simon's house in late March at the Regal Palms for 7 nights. This was our first holiday with our extended family and our first time renting a house (we would normaly book a hotel). We booked through Simon and everything went so smooth. We could not have asked for more, the house was very clean, spacious and comfortably housed 7 of us for the duration of our visit. Our 3 year old son had a fantastic time playing in the pool, so much so he would ask to leave Disney during the day so he could swim. It was nice to be able to cook for ourselves while away, the house had just about everything you need. All in all beautiful area, great Resort, friendly staff and one unforgetable holiday. I would recommend the Regal Palms to anyone, we would definitely return.

The location was great, 15 to 20 minutes from Disney. The Condo was comfortable for all of us. It wasn't very clean though, it made me wonder what the cleaning crew did for the cleaning fee we paid. The pillows were extremly old and in poor condition. We all enjoyed the water park, lazy river and water slide.

Superb location, great house. We really loved this place. We are a family of 5 people (2 adults + 3 small children), and the house was really perfect. Suprised how big the house was, and within walking distance to the pool.
We will surely come back and stay same place.
