One of the best kept secrets of Mauritius

I want to say thank you to the team of the property. We have had a wonderful time here. I would call it a perfect family holiday!!! Your villa is what I would call "one of the best top secrects of the island - where to stay". If we happen to come back to Mauritius one day - and we love to - we would definitely come back to you and your friends.

The staff on site are very lovely people - they have done everything to make our stay as pleasant as it can possibly be - our kids and us have very much enjoyed their company. Maybe it's them who have made our stay unforgettable.

Perfection in paradise

My family and I had a fantastic time in your wonderful villa and really did not want to come home. The property itself was lovely with all the most up to date conveniences. The staff were truley charming and nothing was too much trouble as they
went out of their way to assist us.
I would say that you really do need a car as the villa is out of the tourist area, the owners can arrange this for you (if required) we hired our own vehicle and drove from the airport. Jean (the caretaker) was prepared to act as our guide and showed us the way around until we found our feet.
There is a fantastic restaurant that you must visit at least once during your stay called Domaine Anna in on the way to Flic en Flac, again you will need transport, the food is fantastic.
In summary, the villa is ideally situated in a quiet lovely area but not that far from the night life if that is your thing, has a lovely pool to sunbathe around and cool off in and the most wonderful sunsets to die for. What more could you want from a holiday in paradise.

Have visited paradise 3 times now , which tells it's own story . So nice to be welcomed by Jean , the caretaker/handyman , wearing his Chelsea shirt ....how did he know ??? Jean will cater to your every whim , if you don't feel like going out for dinner , he'll arrange any type of takeaway and even pick it up for you !!

For the fishermen among you , there's great catches beyond the back fence , my friend Steve couldn't believe what he was reeling in .

Albion is a good base to see the rest if the island , you can do it all in a day , car rental is cheap and they will even collect the car from Flic en Flac for you if you fancy a walk home .

Flic en Flac houses the best restaurant we visited on the island , 'Domain Anna ' , you'll need to book , it's very reasonable and in beautiful surroundings i danced the night away in the open air .

I thoroughly recommend the accommodation , particularly in Feb or March , so i can keep going back in January !!

excellent location and lovely home

Great and quiet location, beautiful sunsets, a bit far from restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed our stay in your villa. The villa is beautiful, with spacious, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The only drawbacks were that the beach is not swimmable and that the air-conditioning in the dining room and the dishwasher were not working.

Owner's Response: The local supermarket is situated within walking distance, however for bulk shopping it is advisable to visit the hypermarket and this can be found within 15 minutes drive from the property where you can have a much larger selection of fine food. The property as advertised does not have a beach in front of it, however the nearest sandy beach is within 5 minutes walking distance from the villa.
The air conditioning and the dishwasher have now been repaired and a regular programme of maintenance is in place.

Serenity in paradise

This was my first time staying at this delightful property. The villa was spotless, well looked after and contained everything required for a relaxing stress-free holiday. The villa certainly made us feel like we were in our own home but with the addition of a beautiful climate just outside, and a very helpful personnel team. The holiday was heavenly and we most definitely will visit again.

If you are looking for a very tranquil and peaceful vacation with beautiful hot sunshine, clear blue skies and a very warm turquoise blue sea then this is the place to visit!
