Reviews of Property: Villa Hollie - Luxury 3 Bed Villa with private pool. Now Booking For 2010

We stayed at Villa Hollie from 7th October to 14th October 2009 and didn't want to return home!! The Villa was, in the words of our children, absolutely amazing. The pool was an absolute godsend and we had hours of fun in it. The Villa was kept very clean and the pool was regularly maintained. We had a fantasic holiday and can't wait to return.

Villa Hollie was perfect for our needs being close to family in Pernera. It was exactly as described and is spacious and clean. The pool area was well maintained and the pool cleaned twice a week. The covered decking area was brilliant both for shade and evening gathering. My only disppointment was the lack of a BBQ. Both Tracy and the local manager in Cyprus were very helpful. The small harbour and beach are 10 mins walk and the town centre 10 mins walk. If you are looking for lively night life this is not the place for you but Knight's pub is a good option. There are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance - try Kalamies (great location) and Mojito's. Knight's also does good food. Sirena Bay tavern is very nice but drinks pricey. There are a few supermarkets close by but for larger (and cheaper) ones a car would be needed. The local beaches at Pernera and Fig Tree Bay (Protaras) are very nice but with a car try Makronissos, Nissi Beach and Konnos. Our party included three 18-22 year olds who had a great time in Pernera but had to experience Ayia Napa one night (all they could afford!). Family holidays are rare for us with our kids grown up but we would happily return and do it all again.

We could not fault the accomodation at Villa Hollie - it is a beautiful contemporary villa with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The garden and pool are immaculate and the kitchen extremely well equipped. We did find the restaurants a little far away for my elerly mother to walk to, but it is fine for younger memebers. we took a short taxi ride into Protaras where there are many restaurants and bars with entertainment. We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful area of Cyprus.

Thanks Tracy for great, personal customer service. The villa is exactly as described and beautifully furnished , it is at the quieter end of Pernera but a 5 minute walk to the "main drag" with bars and restaurants galore. We liked this as friends who were staying in nearby appartments could hear karaoke into the early hours ! We stayed for 10 days and Tracy organised that the villa was cleaned part way through, it was lovely to come back to a fresh clean bed !! There is a small supermarket 2 mins walk away, for a larger supermarket you need a car, which is also useful if you want to explore further afield. I would recommend this villa to anyone planning to visit Pernera it is beautiful and Tracy was the perfect hostess !!! thanks again Sam & Gary

Just home from a fantastic holiday in cyprus made even more special by our stay at the tastefully decorated and very comfortably furnished 'Villa Hollie'.
The villa was everything we could have hoped for, the rooms were clean and spacious, all beautifully furnished and very welcoming.
The villa is really well maintained, it has all the mod cons you could need, the pool was great and cleaned a few times on our trip, The villa is well located, close enough to beaches, shops and nightlife yet also afforded us a place of respite and privacy from the hustle and bustle to just relax.
There is a very pretty beach just down the road and shops are all within a short walk. We decided not to rent a car and found it extremely easy to get around as its only a 20min walk or 5min bus trip (bus stop at top of the road) into protaras with its fabulous beaches, restaurants and shops etc or for the same fare you can head a little further to the gorgeous konnos bay and cape greco national park, an area with absolutely stunning scenery.
I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Villa Hollie and would like to thank the owner for all their help and for providing a great holiday base.

Having just spent a week in this beautiful villa i would fully recommend it to anyone who is looking for a well equiped and modern place to stay. The villa has all mod cons and is very clean and well maintaned. The pool is cleaned and kept at a very high standard as it was cleaned 3 times in the week we stayed.There are plenty of shops and tavernas within walking distance, and lots of small coves and beeches nearby.Cannot wait to go back
