WE RECOMMEND THIS HOLIDAY HOME!

This holiday home is everything it promises to be!
We were very impressed with the standard of cleanliness and facilities provided. Six of us slept comfortably and the roof was a great place to relax in the evenings. What was really surprising was the amount of beaches to choose from and how clean they were. Bike and taxi hire was really easy since we were provided with contact numbers as soon as we arrived. I'd recommended exploring the area via bike with friends and going to the markets which are held throughout the week. We really feel that we did everything we wanted and and will definitely be taking a trip back!

Hired a car at Alicante and was met near the house by a very helpful agent - Pete. House in great condition. It's a good base if you want to explore the coast and surrounding area.

You're a little limited without a car. Although there is still plenty to do.

House has all mod cons. Lovely pool, which was pretty quiet on the few days we went.

The beaches are fab - especially La Zenia. A visit to Torrevieja in the evening is a must as there is a nightly craft market and a great preomenade to watch the world go by.

Would recommend for young families as plenty to do.

This townhouse was in a peaceful area but only about 15 minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and shops. The description of the house on the web site is fairly accurate although we would have preferred the kitchen to be better equipped. The oven was missing a door when we there which made it difficult and unsafe to remove hot food, the roof terrace light was not working but otherwise house is well maintained. The communal pool was a short distance from the house but the gates were not always open at the times given. Overall we had a great holiday in this comfortable and spacious house and we would recommend this house to our friends. The restaurants in the area cater for all tastes and there are many bars in the area which have entertainment most evenings. The only downside was having to explain to two teenage girls why there were scantily dressed ladies standing on the roadside when we walked home in the evenings! The owner of this property is very helpful and prompt in getting back in touch with information and we cannot fault him with his customer service.

The holiday rental has helped us to find our ideal holiday place. We had an enjoyable holiday. The property was neat and tidy. It had good facilities in relation to our self catering needs. The owner and his agent were helpful and provided an excellent service. I found very useful the information folder which provided an excellent insight about the recreational activities, shops, restaurants , transport, and other invaluable information in the area. The pool was the most liked activities as it was near the property and we could go whenever we wanted and swim all the time. The other interesting activites that we have participated were go karting, horse riding and going to the beach. We enjoyed also other sightseeing including shopping centres in Torrevieja.
We could not enjoy the meals in the restaurants as we could not find one that also provides halal meal but we have enjoyed home cooked meals.
We felt the ease of being home and relaxed but also being in an enjoyable holiday.

Owner's Response: I am pleased you had an enjoyable holiday. I shall make enquiries as to the whereabouts of halal restaurants and leave their names in the information brochure.

Perfect for families

Myself, partner and 5yr old son had a fantastic time here. The villa is immaculate with luxury fixtures and fittings. Set in a quiet residential area so no busy roads or loud traffic. The pool was fantastic! -Surrounded by a large grass garden for children to play but with added security of high gates. You can take the comfy sun-loungers from the villa down out the pool.
Although in a quiet area, a 10min walk takes you to a large super market and lots of restaurants/shops. We didn't hire a car but still managed to find 5 or 6 different beaches on foot. If you don't mind walking this is well recommended as the beaches are so beautiful.
The villa was equipped with everything you could want. The rooftop is completely private and has a great view.
We had a lovely time here and would definitely return!

Great place for a quiet break

The general area is very well planned, with nice quiet wide roads. Parking right outside the house is easy, and an excellent supermarket is just a five minute walk away. The property has a security gate on the front and a solid front door, which opens onto a nice sized living/dining area. There is a good size TV with all the UK Freeview channels. There are two nice quality 2 seater leather sofas, and a dining table with four chairs in a typical Spanish style, again the furnishing is high quality.
The kitchen is a comfortable size and is well equipped with beer and wine glasses, mugs, plates, saucepans etc. There is an iron and ironing board. The ceramic hob looks brand new, and the overall feel of the house is that it is modern and finished to a high quality. There is a downstairs toilet and basin.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, which are a reasonable size, and furnished with comfortable beds. The bathroom is also high quality, with a bath/shower, basin, bidet and lavatory.
Up on the roof there is a lovely sun terrace with an assortment of recliners and outside chairs. It is very private there.
I would recommend this place strongly if you like a quiet holiday and enjoy eating out or self catering. It is fine for 4 adults, but the bed of the sofa bed is small - only adequate for an adult or 2 children. The air conditioning is useful at night. There are many sport and leisure facilities nearby and a selection of nice beaches. It seems to be better value in this area than in Malaga, with which I am more familiar. I would definitely go to this property again. It is most enjoyable.

Owner's Response: Thanks jimmyjet for your response, very much appreciated. I will have a second look at the sofa bed on my next visit and maybe I will have to amend my advert to reflect your comment. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your return in the future.
