Reviews of Property: Luxury villa with 5 Beds, Games room /Nintendo Wii /PC+ Internet

The descriptions and pictures of this property honestly dont do it justice. This villa must be one of the best examples available in Florida, it is nothing short of "Superb".
The Villa has everything you will ever need and then some, it's very well maintained and in excellent condition. There was eight of us and it would have easily handled four more, space is plentiful.
The villa is in a beautiful community, well situated for local amenities, like Wall Mart and Mannies Chop Shop.
It was @ 20 minutes to Disney in busy traffic, great position for the I27 Highway.
The owners from day one kept great contact, great to deal with and offer great pricing for this property.
Myself and the family would love to go back, it was one of the best vacations we have ever had, and the Villa had a big part to play in that.

The owners from first contacting us as been exceptionally friendly, approachable, welcoming and very informative. After staying in a few villas/apartments in this area over the last 3 years, I have to say this one is by far the best. I never felt I should write a review before! Even though it it further away from Disney, Universal etc this has never bothered us, as we find it less frustrating getting to the parks going up the I-4. There is 2 supermarkets nearby aswell as two of the best eating places. The villa is spacious, clean, comfortable, stunningly beautiful and by far the most homely we have been in. Everything was perfect down to the house, the layout, the bedrooms, the games room, the internet access and especially the pool. For the first time we have had "chill days" where we have stayed at the villa. We have never felt that comfortable before. It was perfect weather, pool heat fantastic although it was so hot some days it probably wasn't needed! Would recommend this home to everyone but then it would be fully booked so we wouldn't get back!! Have already booked for next year and are arranging for the year after....yes its thats good.

We just loved the villa as soon as we saw it , and inside was just superb , luxury , and very spacious , we loved the pool it was just great to relax by.
I could just go on and on about this villa and say what a fantastic time was had by all, as no one wanted to come home.
We have recommender this villa to family and friends, and when they saw the photos they were in awe.
We found a large Wallmart just two mins: away which was great for day to day shopping.
We will be heading back there no doubt about it.
When connected Billy and Loretta could not do enough to help make our holiday a success.

The photo's do not show the best of the villa, in a word it is superb.
It is spacious, luxurious, and very well equiped in a very peaceful location. There is a very large Wallmart close by but also a Publix (my favorite!) and there are a number of fast food outlets close by but not too close.
I could go on and on but its best summed up by my children who declared it the best holiday they have ever had - they were upset when we had to go home and they were not the only ones.

just got back form 2 weeks in the fantastic villa.had every appliance you could ever ask for.Great location one you get on the f only about 15 minutes to all the Disney parks.The villa great and with 12 people staying in there bags of space for everyone.The kids loved the games room and the pool after a busy day at the parks.Had great contact with the owners prior and during the holiday.Also only 5 minutes from a huge WALMART.

I have to say from the moment me and my sister started talking with the Knowles, we knew this was for real. They accommodate us and the things we wanted with out any problems. Our stay was extra special, the home was so well put together and spacious it accommodate all 12 of us with knoiw problems. From the moment we step foot in there if felt like we were in our own home. Thank you so much for your hospitality, it made all the difference in the world. We will be back, God Bless you.

We visited this villa in early July '09 and its a fantastic base for a family visit to Orlando and wider area.

The villa is excellent - the accommodation, pool area and facilities are superb, with plenty space for all. The pool is ideal - I won the Pool Olympics, so I might be biased!!

The addition of the Games room, PC and Wii are all terrific and a real asset when the Florida rainstorms come around (as they inevitably do!!)

Towerlake (at Haines City) is a wee bit of a trek from Orlando itself (allow 30 mins & more at peak periods)....however, as its on the west side, access into Disney etc. is less busy. There are lots of amenities handy for the villa and its accessible for the West coast (& Busch Gardens).

This is a great option for a family vacation. We had 10 people in this house and never felt crowded! Each family had their own space. And the owner, Lorretta, was responsive to e-mail and very eager to assist. Terry, the property manager, was professional and very helpful. If you are looking for space in a quiet neighborhood, this is the place.
