Lovely apartment, well looked after with great facilities and fantastic views. Very helpful owner with quick email responses and happy to give information. Plenty to do with two young children who had their own bathroom, bedroom and balcony downstairs with a little privacy for Mum and Dad upstairs! Have visited already two years running and this year is booked too. We will take the boat over to La Gomera this time after watching it for the last two years from the balcony!

I agree with all the reviews on here, we went in feb 2009 .

The apartment is spotless and very spacious. The owners are very easy to deal with, our security bond was returned very quickly.

We all had a fantastic holiday at this apartment.The apartment was spotless on arrival with a superb location. The owner was extremely helpful,e-mailing and phoning with information. There is plenty restaurants near by if you dont wish to walk down into the town. I would definetly recommend this apartment, the only problem is you have to book up in plenty time as it is so popular, hence the reason I'm not going back this year.I look forward to my next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this apartment and we have listed below our views and anything else which may be of help to you.

• We are a well travelled couple and have stayed in most places in the world (prior to this trip, we spent Christmas and New Year in North Carolina and the Virginia Mountains), so we decided to have a “chill out” week in the sun in this apartment. We can honestly say that we couldn’t find fault or critisism about the apartment or the owners in regard to the advertising of their apartment and their excellent communication before and after our holiday.
• Very approachable owners & very helpful.
• Instructions for apartment before travelling and on arrival very precise.
• Facilities in apartment second to none and spotlessly clean (daughters aged 21 and 15 loved choice of dvd’s provided and also the X-Box)!
• Ideal place to go for relaxing and no loud groups.
• Very reasonably priced.
• Sun on balcony all day – amazing view.
• Apartment works with families as well as friends (private bathrooms etc), so two couples could stay together and have their own privacy plus their own balcony (two balconies in this apartment both with sun loungers on each).
• Taxi rank 3 minutes walk. Supermarket across the road and very reasonably priced.
• Poolside bar very friendly and reasonably priced.
• Most reasonable bar for an evening drink is Big Ben’s Bar – 5 minute walk down the hill on the left hand side. (The chinese restaurant…….not the first, but the second one…….from Big Ben’s is also very good)!
• For your information, if you wanted to visit Siam Park (which we recommend you do) the free bus goes from Princesa Dacil Hotel which is a 10 minute walk towards the seafront from the apartment and goes every 30 minutes. Just a note to help if you go – if you are planning on paying by Visa you will need another form of identification with you.
• You must visit the Don Quixote Restaurant which is just across the road from the apartment. This restaurant was recommended by the owners and we recommend it also – the food was fantastic and the service was second to none!

On arrival at this property we found it to be of a very high standard. The property is obviously well maintained and exceptionally clean. The owner of the appartment has put together a very informative local guide pack, recommending good places to eat and also trips available. I would personally recommend the whale/dolphin trip. There are many good resturants close to the appartment that we found to be well worth spending the evening indulging in the local cuisine & sangria. I shall stay at this appartment again and have recommended it to family and friends.
