Reviews of Property: 4 bed Florida villa with south-facing pool and spa, near Disney

We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone considering a trip to Florida. The property was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and it felt like we were living in a show home! The pool area is terrific and even though our holiday was at the end of Sept we got the sun all day and until about 7pm in the evenings. The communal pool was also beautiful and the gym in the clubhouse was always very quiet. The villa backs onto a lovely conservation area at the back with great views. We would recommend visiting Celebration (approx 15 mins drive) for lovely walks around the lakes and great restaurants, we also travelled to Tampa (approx 1 hour) to the American Football and St Petersburg for the baseball. This is a great location for all the theme parks, shopping areas and local sports events. We have rented various villas in Florida over the last few years and this is our favourite by far! Hopefully we can visit again soon!

The villa was beautifully furnished, close to all the parks and had everything we needed. The villa is amazing, when you first walk in you cant help but be impressed by what you see. The pictures of the pool do not do the pool area justice, we did not expect the pool to be as large as it was, and we spent many happy hours relaxing around the pool area.
The area is very quite, which after a hectic day is what we wanted and you are not over looked.
We had to call the management company as the pool was going green, but within a couple of hours the problem had been fixed, it was good to know that any problems would be sorted so quickly.
We would return to this villa with no hesitaton and are recommending it to friends.

Our family rented this villa for our 3 week summer holiday and we had a fantastic time. The villa was first-class with everything we needed for a most enjoyable break. The photographs on the site are exactly how the villa looks!The south facing pool , which is not overlooked, was superb, and the visits from the wildlife were great! The owners provided all the details we required and were most attentive. This was very reassuring. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to our friends and family and indeed hope to return ourselves!
The access to the clubhouse near the villa, was a bonus and we made use of the computers and gym there.Visits to Celebration for the 4th July and Cocoa Beach for the shuttle launch were highlights of our visit. Our children particularly enjoyed the atmosphere of Downtown Disney and the interactive games at DisneyQuest. We all had a super holiday

This villa is in a perfect location for access to the Disney Parks, which is where we spent most of our holiday. It was no more than 20 minutes to any park and a really easy straight forward journey. We preferred being a little away from the 'touristy spots' as it meant we really felt relaxed on the holiday too and not overloaded with the commercial holidaying side of Orlando.

The villa was extremely clean and had luxurious furnishings and fittings. The villa is really well suited to a couple, a small family, a larger family or more than one family sharing as the layout of the rooms, with the 2 twins separated from the 2 doubles means there is room for some privacy. The large kitchen, dining table and lounge area are perfect and have everything you could need. We really liked the nice touches of the books and DVDs to borrow. The ipod docking station also shows that the villa owners are thoughtful to the holiday makers needs. Many towels provided for use in the villa and the pool are also handy.

The pool is fabulous and the outside lounge area lovely. We all loved it out there. The owners have even added a pool table and air hockey table to the garage area which is great fun.

The management company were also extremely helpful and came round immediately to resolve a problem we had with the washing machine, which was just a tripped fuse.

The local supermarket was only 5 minutes drive away and on route to the Disney Parks.

I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Orlando. We did just 'Disney' as we have two young children but it would be an ideal rental for groups playing golf too as it was very near several high class golf courses.

We will be hoping to back to Orlando in the next year or so and we will be hoping to rent this villa again.

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful spacious villa. The kids loved the large pool. The security gate gave us a safe feeling. The location is close to all theme parks.
We can certainly recommend this to our family and friends.

My family and I stayed at this villa last August and had a wonderful stay. This is a very lovely well-maintained home.

Evening Song Villa in the beautiful gated community of Watersong was a perfect place for our family vacation. We are a retired couple who like luxurious vacations in a place we can share with our children and grandchildren.

The home is very quiet, there is no sound that travels from room to room. The furnishings were lovely and immaculate, including everything you could possibly need.

The pool and whirlpool lanai was a perfect place to relax and have meals with a beautiful view of the conservancy.
The south facing exposure was so sunny and warm even on cool days.

Eric and Jean were especially prompt and helpful with making our reservations and giving us every bit of information we needed. We would recommend this place to anyone.
