My Family and I really enjoyed our stay on Marco Island.

Loved the Villa and was a perfect base for 2 weeks of relaxation. Villa is both spacious and well appointed. It comes with everything you could need for a perfect holiday. The Pool area is the highlight and spent many days relaxing round the pool and late nights barbecuing.

I would highly recommend renting a boat from Marco Harbor and taking a trip up to Naples for lunch.

We found the Villa the perfct base for exploring everything the area has to offer and would highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely time in this villa, which was ideally located in a qiuet area close to all amenities.
We especally enjoyed fishing off the boat dock and being so close to the water.
The villa was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed.
We found the owner very friendly and helpful and would be happy to recommend this villa to others.

a wonderful 2 weeks holiday, couldnt fault it, even enjoyed the garbage being collected on a monday and thursday.
Great location for everything,beach,food, shopping , family run cimema ( a must visit) and even found mini golf (just outside Naples) for kids,outlet shopping (about 45 mins) loads of bargins.

This was our first vacation to Marco Island. The villa was perfect for our family. Great location; close to grocery store, shopping and beach. Kids loved the pool. Enjoyed the barbecue grill and eating outside on the porch. Appreciated the internet access.

We had 10 days at this lovely home and could have easily stayed for another 10 days. Although we have stayed on and around Marco Island many times this is the first time in a 'house'....and we loved it. It gives you that bit more privacy being on 2 floors and the open plan living space works really well. The villa has a good sized pool which we feel was important and the Tikki Hut by the water is great for a night time drink while wathcing the kids fish off the dock. Highly recommended !

when compared with other villas we have rented. The separate levels and balconies of this villa are unique to this style of property allowing you to enjoy differing views, aspects of the sun / breeze, and tranquility whilst others are playing in the superb pool / spa! Beautifully presented, well equipped, and located in quiet but very convenient area on the island. We also hired a boat and moored it at the dock overnight. We really enjoyed our stay and found the service provided by the owners to be first class. A few more steps than you would find on a single floor property, but that really adds to the charm. Highly recommended.
