This holiday truly exceeded our expectations. It was our first visit to Portugal and we loved it!
On arrival we were met by Margaret who acts on behalf of April as a point of contact whilst you are in Portugal. She was most definitely a bonus as was the comprehensive welcoming pack, which contains information on what to see, where to eat out etc.. we found it extremely useful.
This certainly was a luxury holiday. The apartment was 1st class, exceptionally clean and fitted out to a very high standard containing all you would need. We spent much of our time on the balconies enjoying meals and generally relaxing.
There are some excellent walks along the cliff tops with sea views and access to some of the Algarve's beautiful beaches. The apartment itself is just a short walk from the beach and a variety of excellent restaurants within the surrounding area, all of which are in walking distance. Including a lovely beach restaurant which served up a superb meal and fantastic views from its balcony. It was so relaxing!
There are other great places within the Algarve, but I think this location was perfect, the village is still an active fishing village (unlike a lot of the more commercialised resorts). I helped one of the Fishermen push his boat up the sandy beach early one morning and was greeted with a huge grin and an offer to visit the fish shack at the bottom of the village that evening! There I found out that these fishermen go out and catch the fresh fish for the beach restaurant.
I truly feel that I can't put in to words how much we loved our holiday.
We want to thank April for all her help and patients with our endless email's! We will be back this year, you made our holiday wonderful, thank you so much again.

We have had the most relaxing holiday! The apartment is just wonderful!
We spent a day at Zoo Marine which was fab. Restaurants are lovely, especially the Italian and the one by the little supermarket!
Pools and beaches are fantastic, weather amazing too!
We had such a lovely time Margaret was really helpful and so were you!
All in all a perfect holiday.

We had a really enjoyable holiday. Loved the apartment especially sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down. A hired car would have been a bonus but managed to walk in to Armacao de Pera three times. Twice in the morning for a very enjoyable breakfast at a cafe which was really popular with the Portuguese.

The apartment was perfect! Extremely clean, well appointed, and spacious. Location is excellent. We are active walkers and were very comfortable walking to the beaches, restaurants, markets, and even into town. There is no need for a car at this location.
The reasons I gave our experience 4 stars instead of 5 was due to some difficulties each way regarding the money transfers for the bond, and the problem trying to find the apartment after arriving late at night, which left us scrambling to find a place to sleep our first night in Portugal. Also, we hadn't expected the A/C to be an extra charge.
Once we were in and settled the apartment exceeded all of our expectations, and actually is even more beautiful than what you see in the pictures!
The beaches are only a few minutes stroll away, and are absolutely stunning. There are several restaurants nearby, and some wonderful markets. We thoroughly enjoyed our wine and cheese lunches while relaxing on the balcony and taking in the constant sunshine and blue skies.
The summer weather was perfect, the other vacationers at the resort were very friendly, and the apartment is so quiet and comfortable it is a total relaxation escape.

My girlfriend and I had the most relaxing holiday last week, it was just what the doctor ordered. The apartment was absolutely perfect for us, allowing us to cook 4 nights out of 7 as the kitchen was superb. The location is just as great, with 3 pools in the complex which are lovely as well as a 10 minute walk to the beach, and on top of all this a 10 minute walk to the supermarket which has a fantastic range of food. We also noticed that we were far away of the mass tourist crowds which meant we could relax down at the beach as well as in the restaurants around. I would recommend this for anyone want to have a quite week away to unwind. Thank you again for everything

We would like to recommend this apartment as we had a wonderful holiday.
The apartment is beautiful (its even given us ideas for our own home!) and it had everything we needed.
Anyone wanting to have a nice relaxing break should really come here. The location is fantastic- the village is quite but you're not in the middle of nowhere! The two beaches are lovely, very clean.
