Reviews of Property: 'JUST PERFECT'( visitor`s review) LUXURY APARTMENT IN DEL DUQUE.

We have just returned from a two-week break at this fantastic apartment. This was the second time that we have stayed here and once again we were delighted with the luxurious apartment itself, the prestigious complex and the surrounding area.

We were pleased to see that the owners have introduced several new features, which only enhanced our enjoyment of the holiday. These include a roll-up terrace sunblind that provides cover from the mid-day sun - perfect for al fresco lunchtime eating! The terrace area itself, which allows beautiful sea views, had also been improved considerably with exceptionally comfortable waterproof sun loungers.

Caroline did all she could to ensure our stay was as relaxing as possible by leaving an extremely detailed guide book for using the appliances and a very welcome 'welcome pack' on our arrival!

All in all we had a wonderful holiday and hope to return for a third visit in the not too distant future!

Hemos pasado una semana en este apartamento y he de confesar que nos sorprendió muy gratamente. Se encuentra en una zona cercana a la playa y a otros centros de ocio de gran calidad.

El apartamento resulta espacioso; está perfectamente equipado -desde los muebles y los cuadros, el acceso a internet, hasta una gran terraza con vistas al mar- y además la piscina comunitaria es estupenda.

Sin duda creo que es el mejor piso en el que hemos estado desde hace mucho tiempo y seguramente volvamos el año próximo. Un saludo.

We have recently returned from a most enjoyable week at this beautiful apartment. It is gorgeous! The apartment is large and most tastefully decorated and is so well equipped that you want for nothing. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

The large terrace area has a lovely sea view and is ideal for eating al fresco. The complex itself is very smart and is in an ideal position for exploring Costa Adeje which is a lovely part of Tenerife.

I can't speak more highly of the apartment itself - I just fell in love with it and hope to return there for our next holiday in Tenerife.

If you like luxurious accommodation in a lovely part of Tenerife - you will not go wrong with this!

Have just returned from a stay in your beautiful apartment. Everything about it was excellent and the details that you gave from the directions to the apartment,right thorough to use of the washing machine were so helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. Would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

We have just got back from a relaxing and thoroughbly enjoyable week long break at terrazas del duque. The apartment was large and stunning; modern, stylish, clean and wonderfully equipped.
The welcome package awaiting us in the fridge was an extremely pleasant suprise as our flights were delayed and a cool beer was much appreciated!
After exploring the island we believe Costa Adeje is the most beautiful area, combining a mixture of fabulous architecture and tasteful shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment was in a perfect situation, within wallking distance of the beautiful white sand beach and local amenities yet far enough away from the busy bar areas. We ventured to las americas (and los cristianos) on a couple of evenings, walking once and taking the easily accesible bus on the other. The walk along the beachfont is beautiful with lots of quaint ice cream parlours and bars to keep annoying girlfriends happy!
Although there were many sights to see (loro parque and siam park were our favourite) we often found ourselves lounging around the gorgeous apartment. If you can tear yourself away from the sundrenched private terraced area and pool there is even a whole library of dvd's and books to enjoy. The apartment has a television in both bedrooms and the lounge with an array of satellite channels.
The apartment has a vey charming African feel throughout and is superb value for money, we felt really comfortable and relaxed there. So much so in fact we have already made enquiries with the owner about a return visit next summer. Highly recomended.

I have just returned from a wonderful holiday which far exceeded my expectations. The apartment was luxurious with marble floors, leather sofas and three televisions! It was also extremely spacious with two large bedrooms and bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. I particularly liked the terrace area which had stunning sea views and was equipped with a dining table and several comfy sun loungers.

I didn't know a lot about the Costa Adeje area itself, in the past I have stayed in both Los Cristianos and Los Gigantes but this part of island was far more upmarket with trendy bars, quality restaurants and a gorgeous white sand beach.

The apartment was ideally placed; within walking distance from Los Americas for the young and young at heart but far enough away from the busier nightspots to allow you real peace and relaxation. I would definetely recommend a trip to the brand new Siam Park waterpark which is just a five minute drive and has to be seen to be believed!

We had a truly enjoyable and memorable holiday. The apartment is huge and was extremely comfortable, elegantly furnished, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is actually nicer than it looks in the photos, if that is possible, with its leather suites, lovely pictures, solid wooden furniture and marble and granite everywhere. It really was a home from home and far more luxurious than any holiday home I have ever stayed in before.The owners and their representative in Tenerife were very helpful and behaved professionally and courteously at all times.

The terrace area with its flower beds and marvellous sea views was spacious and enjoyed the sun all day long. There was plenty of room to stretch out on the four sun beds and there was also a shaded area to eat our many al fresco meals. The pools and the pool area were just great.

The apartment complex itself was very smart and elegant and it is within walking distance of the shops, superb beach, elegant promenade, cocktail bars and restaurants.This really is a lovely and cosmopolitan area.

I definitely want to return to this lovely apartment and elegant area . The owners must be very proud of their jewel in the sun.
