We have just returned from an absolutely fab time in Lanzarote - mainly due to the fantastic accommodation and facilities at Casa Alexander!!! We cannot fault the villa or the resort Managers, Mike & Karen. The villa is in tip top condtion and spotless. The villa has a pool AND hot tub which is just wonderful! The outdoor BBQ and eating area are just fab for a sociable evening! The villa is fairly close to Playa Blanca and local taxis are about €5 each way into the main town. We had a hire car to get around and I would definately recommend this. All in all an absolutely fab holiday - thank you!!!

We've just got back, I'm sorry to say!
I can't recommend this villa highly enough for couples or families. The photos are exactly what you get although it's larger than it appears. Everything you could need is there for you, even inflatables for the pool, ice packs and all the towels you could need. The bikes are in good order and perfect for nipping to the shop at Faro Park. The hot tub is delightful, especially at night when it is lit up (and the lights change colour too!) I used the washing machine so as not to have piles to get dry in the British summer weather. There is also a large communal pool just over the very quiet road wihin the safe gated complex. The weather was very hot but the wind kept us cooler
It's about 15 minutes to walk to Faro Park which has a small supermarket, a bakers and a few restaurants - The Italian was especially nice there and friendly too. A short drive away are a few more restaurants, the greek Sebastyans was very nice, with excellent service (a bit posh) quite pricey though so our treat for the holiday. Play Blanca is perhaps 15 minutes away by car, there's a large free carpark by the ferry port. Marina Rubicon has a nice market on Wednesday and Saturday (9 - 2)
We drove up to the north of the island and back down the other side, it is a very interesting island to see - we had mixed opinions of The Jamos del Agua but all enjoyed the camel ride in Tamanfaya and searching for peridot in the sea at El Golfo. The Papagayo beach is pretty but the drive there is very rough so be warned! Flamingo beach is pretty much perfect and 5 minutes drive away.
We would have booked this villa for next year if it was available but we will definatley be checking for the year after - it ticks all our boxes and more.

Very impressed with the villa and the facilities, this must be one of the best prices villas in the area with jacuzzi and heated pool. My wife and I stayed with 3 children (additional camp bed in twin room) and i have to say there was absolutely nothing to complain about (expect maybe my feet sticking out the end of the bed but i am 6ft2!!!). On the contrary, the layout and facilities in the villa were excellent, and beautifully decorated - it looks very good in the pics and i can promise you that you will not be dissapointed when you stay. This is the first time I have stayed at Casa Alexander and I have to say it is one of the nicest and well run villas I have stayed in for a long time. Its a real home from home and everything you need including a stable internet connection is there. The owners have done an exceptional job in creating a relaxing haven for its visitors.

I am recommending this villa to anyone who wants quality accomodation at a reasonable cost. The Spa tub is fabulous and was used most evenings. We loved the lighting of the spa and swimming pool at night and there is a great outside but covered seating area too.

Well done to Lisbeth for running such a nice villa with brilliant local reps who cannot do enough for you!

The villa, its location and facilities more than lived up to our expectations. In need of a relaxing and restful holiday, it was the perfect spot. Peaceful, very private with everything we needed both in the villa and the resort itself. The hot tub as have so many who have commented said, is an absolute bonus, especially after dark looking up to the stars.

Karen & Mike were very helpful and accommodating and gave some very helpful advice about local amenities and worthwhile places to visit. Congeladas Roper is the best local supermarket as far as we are concerned. The fresh salmon was superb.

All in all an experience we would not have wished to miss. So much so we have already booked for next year !!!

Amazing villa in quiet spot perfect for a romantic break, pool and hot tub to die for and outdoor areas gorgeous. If staying again as a couple would come here would not bring family as would not want to share hot tub!!
One of the best villas ever stopped in a must for anyone coming to Lanzarote

We have just returned from the the fabulous Casa Alexander Villa. We could not recommend the villa and owners more highly! The photos that you see are exactly what you get. The house is very well equipped, clean and a provides a real 'home from home' feel. The communication from the owners Lisbeth and Hamid were extremely helpful and professional.

The location of the villa is quiet and safe. The facilties that are provided with the heated pool, hot tub and the barbeque are a real delight.

The island itself is facinating, with a real mix of activities to see and do. There is something for everyone whether you want to go to the beach, look at the volcanos, see the volcanic coastline, check out the intriguing vineyards or simply go for a drive amoungst just few things!

I would definitely recommend Casa Alexander to family and friends. We very much look forward to visiting again next year!

Just returned from a wonderful holiday in Casa Alexander! Villa was extremely well-equipped and beautiful, we enjoyed every moment. And the surrounding very peaceful and relaxing. A couple of shops and restaurants just nearby. It was great to have also the bikes to cycle around. We will certainly recommend this villa for our friends and hope that we can return one day, too!
