Great location for all attractions including parks, golf, restaurants & pubs. The house is exactly as described and shown on the website. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

We had a fantastic holiday in your villa. It is beautifully decorated. It was immaculate when we arrived and we hope we left it clean. The pool was lovely to cool off in after visiting the parks. Very handy for walmart and restaurants on the 192. We used the osceola parkway which took you to Disney in 10 minutes. Universal was about 20 mins. To get to the villa we found it easier to go on to the Poinciana Blvd just after Walmart on the 535 then you go across the 192 and down to Eagle Pointe rather than on to the 192 then the Oren Brown Road, which is easy to miss. Hope to be back soon.

The property was fantastic - it had every amenity you could wish for -a lovely pool and BBQ area and we all loved the games room.

The house itself was immaculately clean and well-furnished - a TV in every room too!!

Best thing was the location, only a couple of minutes from Highway 192, and genuinely only 15 minutes from Disney parks.

Would highly recommend the property to anyone.

Firstly, I would like to say thanks to Jo for allowing us to use her home for our vacation. This is a excellent place to stay, especially since it is so close to everything. The maintance crew she has hired to keep her place clean are an awsome group of people.

We had a wonderful vacation and cannot wait to visit next year. Weather was exceptionally wonderful.

To those whom are booking or looking to book this is a wonderful choice.

If you are looking for a wonderful home away from home, look no farther! Our family spent most of our time at the villa for a very relaxing week of sunshine and enjoying the pool all to ourselves. Truly a delight to deal with the owner, as Jo is very cordial and replies promptly with any questions you might have. The location is perfect if you are doing the Disney parks, but also close to many restaurants and the usual necessities of WalMart. The area is very safe and friendly, as I walked everyday with smiles and greetings from people in the neighborhood. Every picture and description is very accurate and the villa is well maintained. The bathrooms were especially nice, along with huge closet space with hangers provided to hang your clothes. Would definitely book again if we are in the area. You won't be disappointed, only sorry you didn't allow more time to spend at the villa!

There were 7 of us in our party, four adults, two children >13 and 1 infant on our 7 day stay at the house. We did the parks during the day and then by 3pm the kids were in the pool. We really enjoyed the amenities including the giant tv in the living room for watching movies, the pool table and darts in the garage, the new appliances, and just how clean and up kept the place was. You don't know what you are getting from the photos with some places but this place lived up to and exceeded our expectations. It was a close 15 minutes to Disney world with Universal not a few minutes further. We hit walmart at least 2x a day for food shopping however there are Publix grocery stores right on rte 192 that make it easy to go to as well.

We decided at the last minute that we would rent a pack and play and high chair for our infant and the rental agency was good enough to drop it off the next morning. They also offer a gas grille to rent which I think in hindsight I would have done. We tried the bbq that is there by the pool but it really didn't work for us. the coals are so far down the pit that it's really tough to grill anything. We stayed in and cooked most nights but did go out for a couple of dinners at restaurants nearby.

All in all I would highly recommend the place and if we were to visit Orlando again book the property for our stay. The owner was friendly and gracious and answered our emails promptly, we couldn't ask for a better experience.
