Well located stylish apartment

It was a nice apartment, in a good location, close to the river, the shops and lots of good restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed, was very stylish. The owner was very helpful and nice, and we enjoyed staying in Seville.
My only quibble might be that the bedroom was a little cool, but I think that would be more of a positive in the spring and summer.

I have already set at the bedroom a bigger heating.
ALso, it is true that here in seville is not ususal these temperatures. In fact, in all my life, i have never seem this low temperatures as it has come this winter.

We had a lovely stay in Seville, the most comfortable sleep we had on our Spanish holiday and Juan Luis gave us great tips on where to go and was really helpful.I would go back anyday.

Juan's Sevilla apartment was perfect for the two of us. It is idealy located within walking distance to all the sites, shopping and movies in English. The apartment is nicely appointed. We had everything that was needed. We were most grateful for the Air Conditioner.
In addition to perfect accomodations, Juan was a very gracious host. He gave us information regarding everything we needed. The apartment even had lots of information about local sites and events. A car is not needed - the bus station is within walking distance. We would recommend this unit to any person or couple traveling to Sevilla.

This upscale, modern Seville apartment is owned by a charming, and very helpful young man. The decor reflects his taste - lots of white, contemporary furnishings. The bedroom is down the spiral staircase, while the bathroom is on the main level. It is conveniently located on a quiet, narrow street within easy walking distance of the old city of Seville. If you have a car, the owner will show you where you can park your car for free about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. We found this apartment to be very comfortable and a great choice for sightseeing in Seville.

We had a great time staying at this apartment with our 2 yr old. The bedroom is very big and the bed is very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need, like your own apartment. Very modern & stylish. The apartment is located close to everything and after visiting the more "touristy" areas of Sevilla, I'm glad that we were in a quiet, residential area. The owner was extremely nice and very informative about anything we were looking for in the area. We would definitely rent this apartment again!

The apartment is exactly as you see it on the web page. It is very modern, clean and light. Good location - 10 minute stroll to the centre of Seville.

We had a great time and stay for an entire week... Apt has Central A/C which is perfect. Also a complete kitchen....
Bedroon downstair huge with an excellent closet and space. Very confortable bed... Upstair small and cozy with plasma tv and everything you need for an oustanding stay. We also had a cleaning lady 2 times for a reasonable price that kept the apt. clean and organized. The bathroom is good size. Everything looks new and very modern. Host was helpful and adaptable. We got there late on a Sunday night and he had no problem waiting for us....
Stairs are not proper for older people. The building has elevator to take the suitcase downstairs or upstair.

Classy, impeccable 2-level apartment in the midst of charming, historic area. (Be prepared, though, for narrow circular staircase connecting bedroom to bath.) Easy walk to modern grocery store, as well as must-see sights, river esplanade, plazas with outdoor cafes, newsstand with international publications, etc. The owner's suggestions on where to see authentic flamenco and enjoy superior tapas were a plus. Our three-day stay was a delight.

Apartment is centrally located to everything. Short 15 minute walks to major attractions. Great restaurants close by, as well as bus station. Apartment is clean, comfortable with everything you need. Streets are quiet at night. Owner was very accomodating and helpful in suggesting things to do, I would highly recommend this property. Hope to come back and stay in the spring.
