A Great Wee Gem of A Place to Stay

We found this condo to be very clean, well equipped and the whole experience to be very well organised from start to finish. The owners were effecient and dealt with any enquiries promptly. It was a very relaxing holiday and so comfortable for my husband, myself and my mother. We had a great time and would definately recommended this condo to anyone planning on visiting the gulf coast area.

My husband and I and our two teenage sons spent a week at this condo in August 2009 and had a nice relaxing time. The condo was very comfortable, clean and homely and had everything you required for your stay. The added little extras of ornaments and pictures gave it a real homely feeling which was appreciated after touring USA staying in hotels. The pool was clean and very quiet. in fact the whole estate was very quiet. It was only a short drive from beaches and tourist attractions and within walking distance of a large supermarket, bars and restaurants including fast food outlets. I would certainly recommend this condo and would have no hesitation in booking again if ever I returned to Clearwater.

Thankyou so much for renting your lovely apartment to us. It is in a fantastic location enabling us to visit the surrounding area with ease. The apartment is as described; clean, modern, well furnished and fully equiped with all you need to self cater.
The owner was a delight to deal with and responded to all our queries immediately. The information provided in the apartment was accurate and helpful, we visited Macaroni Grill Restaurant on the owners recommendation and had a lovely meal. We would also recommend Crabby Bills restaurant at Clearwater for a great seafood restaurant.
We thouroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend the dolphin boat trips from Clearwater Harbour as well as visiting the award winning beaches along this coastline.
We will definately be returning to Oldsmar and will be staying at this property again without a doubt, we would recommend it to anyone...many thanks.

We are more than happy to recommend this Condo. We had a lovely holiday and it was perfect for Golfers, people who love the Florida beaches and not forgetting the wonderful shopping malls. Everything you could need was in the Condo and we would definitely return.

Great cond very clean and spacious.Directions from airport
very simple only 20 min journey.
pool area very nice close to shops restaurants and cinema
all within walking dist including pub!
some good golf courses near by including fox hollow.

There was everything you would need, from washing to cooking, everything was clean and nice.
The area is a quiet and calm and very little traffic.

We found a clean, nice condo in a very clean and quiet neighborhood. Everything was well organised and well equipped. The beach and the nature on the island, just 15 minutes by car, were beautiful. A supermarket, restaurents, etc. was just a 5-minutes-walk away from the condo. Very easy! The location of this condo is perfect, when you like culture as museum, cinema (there is an imax-theatre) as well as nature or shopping.
this neighborhood was also good for any sport-activities: a swimming-pool (but we prefered the beach!), a golf-court (have just seen it), i found a nice running (or walking-)trail through the neighborhood! this was great!
it is a perfect location for people 50+ or for families with kids.
and very important: the organisation with the condo-owner worked very well!
