Reviews of Property: 1920 Mansion with panorama view and pool (villa)

We stayed, with another couple, in Andreas's villa for a week in October and had a very enjoyable time. The place is first class all the way - lots of room for the four of us, beautifully furnished and many, many added features that made our stay one of our best travel experiences. We made good use of the pool and terrace and had some memorable billiard games. It was a sort and pleasant walk to the centre of Grasse (a good workout for the uphill return to the villa!), and we found lots of interesting things to do and see in Grasse. It was a good base for trips to Cannes, Nice and Monaco - good bus and train service and amazingly inexpensive. We would highly recommend this property for any group of 4 or 6 looking for a relaxing stay in a great area. Andreas was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa in Grasse. The villa is immaculate, filled with beautiful furniture, and a modern, well appointed kitchen. Excellent views from the upstairs bedrooms. We loved using the pool and eating meals outside. It was a wonderful location, perfect to walk into town and a good spot from which to explore other towns and villages in the region. Our only wish is that we could have stayed another week!

A well situated villa in Grasse, with very nice interior and containing all what one needs to feel relaxed and far away from daily routines. There are no concerns for parking since the villa has its own parking space within the premises, making it easy to unload all your goods. We had full support and assistance from the owner during our stay. Within a three minutes walk, we found ourselves in the centre of Grasse where there are good shopping and restaurants. This is definitely a villa we would like to revisit. Funny that we should be the first Danes to rent this beautiful place.

My family and I (2 adults, 2 teenage girls and my 5-year-old son) spent a wonderful week at the beginning of June in this beautiful mansion. It is perfectly located in a narrow street above Grasse (5-minute-walk to the centre) with fantastic views to the Mediterranean sea. The house as well as the garden are tastefully and individually decorated and very well maintained. The kitchen is fantastically equipped, we used it almost every day for preparing breakfast and dinner. Instead of electronic entertainment, the living room provides a pool table and a dart board. We loved both! The two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are wonderful and in a very good condition. There is one more bedroom and bathroom downstairs (souterrain). These rooms used to smell a little bit fusty. But with good ventilation they were usable. The unheated pool was very nice and clean and the water temperature was convenient.
All over, we had a splendid week in Grasse and would recommend this beautiful villa to everyone!
