Reviews of Property: UNIQUE & STYLISH, LUXURY POOLSIDE PENTHOUSE APARTMENT

I have just arrived back from the most wonderful holiday in tenerife with my husband and daughter age 13. This apartment was first class, what you see in the photos is what you get. Pure luxury the furniture was so different from the usual wooden ones you would normally get in accomodation, but not here bright and very modern. Beverly the owner was so helpful and answered any queries also very friendly. There was also a folder with all the information about the complex and the are ie walks, resturants etc great reading.
The complex was kept very clean, it was very busy when we were there. you cant get sunbeds till 9.30am which is great that you dont have to get up early to reserve them. only 1 day out of 14 did we not manage to get a sunbed.Also the bar on the complex ran by Colin and his wife was great for breakfast, snacks and meals. Colin was so friendly and his wife done all the home made cooking i.e. burgers, pies, baps etc. Fanabe itself is amazing, you can have it as lively as you want or quiet. The walks to del duque are wonderful with lovely shops, cafes, bars and resturants to explore. Also los cristonas has wonderful old fashion streets and great beach.
The siam park is a must but go first thing as very busy come lunchtime...I would like to reccommend a few places to visit the Offshore bar behind the sunwing apts 5min walk from the yucca great frosted glasses for the beer, amazing glass o rose on ice for only 3euros, also try the cheesy chips out of this world. across from the yucca is cafe steps great liquer coffees. cocktails, beers good for a nitecap to end the night with lovely views down to the beach! there are so many resturants to choose from the good and bad so beware.... One great wee place called Miano eis cafe great service and food. and a great new mexican in trovicas area on the beach only opend 8 weeks fantastic steaks and sweets to die for called Casa Mexicana defo reccommend this.If you want something special the CoeurdeFilet near the playa bar is beautiful. These are only a few theres so many...
I have to thank Beverly for allowing us to stay at her apartment which defo made our holiday just perfect, also the fans supplied where great as it was very hot and we needed them.

Fantastic stylish apartment, as good as it looks!

The owner Beverley was most helpful. The guide book in the apartment was brilliant - our bible! It guided us to lots of really lovely restaurants, on a great walk, to the best water park ever (Siam Park) and to Faro and Magic which were great places for 30 somethings to go late at night after a meal.

Situated close to Playa del Duque, an upmarket beach resort with amazing restaurants and lounge bars.

The pool at the complex was lovely too for a swim, really deep and just a few steps away from the apartment.

Within a short taxi ride of more fantastic restaurants at Safari in Playa de las Americas.

Highly recommended!

This apartment really is as fantastic as it looks! It has been completed to a very high standard and is very tastefully furnished. A real treat to stay there. Made our holiday!

My sister, best friend and I (all in our 30's) spent the first week in June at the apartment and had an amazing holiday.

The guide book put together by the owners ensured we tried lots of gorgeous restaurants.The suggested walk to La Caleta was great, we had a lovely meal there too!

Beverly the owner was most helpful in arranging our stay.

Playa del Duque is a beautiful beach with a wonderful promenade of restaurants and lounge bars. Far better than Fanabe!

Siam Water Park really is a brilliant day out, we actually walked there but there is a free bus.

We also really enjoyed the restaurants at the Safari Centre in Playa de Las Americas, which was only a short taxi ride away. "Magic" across the road was fun too for after our meal.

Faro in Fanabe is also an amazing place to go after midnight ... once you can manage to find your way in! The roof top terrace has stunning views and a great atmosphere late on.

This apartment is highly recommended and is in a fabulous location.

This property was exactly as described by the owner - unique, luxurious and contemporary. The location was ideal, a lovely 10 - 15 minute walk along the coast to the beautiful Playa del Duque and it's many stylish and tasteful bars and restaurants with an outstanding beach, kept immaculately clean all day long. Plenty of facilities close by including shops and a few reastaurants well worth visiting, especially the Gran Reserva and Couer de Filet.

The complex was well kept and "mostly" quiet with one or two slight exceptions, but I think this was probably a one off. Colin who runs the pool snack bar was a great guy who provided good, fresh home cooked food, the prices of which were not too expensive.

The apartment itself really is in a class of it's own. Very stylish, but also very very relaxing with subtle lighting and very calming colours. A nice touch was the DVDs and CDs provided by the owner for your own use whilst staying in the apartment. The apartment is in a nice position with two balconies, one of which overlooks the pool. The owner provides lot of very useful information about the local area and where to eat and visit etc.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family and will definitely be going back.

Wow This apartment is absolutley stunning,it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms very loght & airy the impressive high beamed ceilings just stunning. A very high standard of cleanliness & very good quality furnishings. Balcony over looking the pools.This is truly a 5star apartment. The complex has a friendly bar which serves good quality food & drinks,fantastic pools.A short distance away from Yucca Park are excellent choice of shops,bars,restaurants.Everybody was so friendly.I had an excellent stay i cant wait to return. Fantastic.

A very high standard of cleanliness and good quality beds made for a very comfortable stay, sylishly decorated and well maintained, made my stay all the more relaxing. Privacy and tranquility were of high importance to me, I am glad to say I was not disappointed. With breathtaking veiws, just a short walk to the beach and fantastic shopping a stones throw away in Del Duque made the location top knotch. Although I was visiting alone I found the residents very welcoming and will happily return with both of my children, as the apartment is extreamly safe for youngsters. Arrangements were made swiftly and directly with the owner Beverly who I found to be very accomodating and professional. In comparison to other properties for rent in the area, the apartment is 5 star quality at very reasonable rates. A MUST GO !

My wife and I stayed in this beautifully presented appartment in January 09. For the 2 of us it was perfect. Communication with Beverley, the owner, were friendly and very efficient and the appartment was spotless and fully equipped when we arrived.

The complex itself has a friendly bar serving good quality food and drinks and is very well located within easy walking distance of all the excellent shops, bars, hotels and restaurants in the Fanabe area.

There is nice easy walking available along the excellent coastline promenade that is predominently very flat. There is a moderatelly steep hill (about 150yds top to bottom) from the road the appartment is on to the 'prom'.

We'd love to go again!!

My husband and i just loved this luxury Penthouse Suite ..so clean and furnished to the highest quality. The pool view from the bedroom balcony was fantastic.Beds very comfortable Loved the size of all of the rooms, much bigger than the other apartments on the complex. The private terrace was very nice to sit and get a really good tan. or to chill out and sit and have your meals outside having a relaxing drink. It was a real pleasure to stay here...No one would be dissapointed. The complex is very friendly and lots of bars,shops reastaurants just accross the road. This apartment has everything you need for that perfect holday..As we have been comming to Tenerife now for fourteen years, this is one of the finest quality and we would like to come back and enjoy it all again.........PURE LUXURY......many thanks.....
