Lovely Christmas vacation

Our family stayed at this apartment over Christmas. The photos didn't really do it justice, as it appeared more spacious when we arrived.
The layout was great for us as the living room is off a central corridor so it could be closed and used as a bedroom without anyone having to traipse through it to get to the bathroom or kitchen.
It was a very clean, newly furnished and comfortable apartment with a lovely sunny big balcony.
We choose this apartment partly after reading the reviews from Michelles other apartments so we were pretty confident that the experience would be as good as it was.
We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Relaxing week in Antibes

The two of us had a lovely week in the Cap View apartment. It is in an excellent central location close to the Salis Beach, the Old Town and the shopping areas. The apartment is nice and modern and had everything we needed, the air conditioning was a great bonus as well as the internet access. We enjoyed our breakfast everyday on the balcony with its great view over the bay. Michelle was really helpful and we would certainly book Cap View again.
Late August in Antibes

We spend the last week of August in this apartment and we enjoyed it very much. The apartment is - as described - located very centrally in Antibes with the beaches, the old town with its museums, plus restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The apartment is very spacious for two people and the balcony has a very nice view over the Mediterranean and Cap D'Antibes. And even if the balcony isn't very big there is still enough space for two to dine and enjoy the sun.
Only minus would be the noice from the traffic and business next door, but cannot change the fact that we certainly can recommend this apartment.

Charming appartment - light , airy, quaint with fine views over the bay.
Location is as good as it gets with close proximity to both the beaches and the old town, and its various restaurants, markets and general joie de vivre.
Nice wee balcony where you can dine or be dazzled by the sun (or both ).
WIFI (free) was a big boon to us too.
The only downside especially for the elderly ,would be the stairs.
We loved the place and will surely return.

Wonderful apartment. Friendly and helpful owner. Close to all facilities, old town, beaches, supermarkets, cafes and shops. Lovely cool breeze at night made air conditioning superfluous when I was there. Thoroughly recommend it to anyone reading this review but stairs might be a problem for older people or families with very young children.

We have really enjoyed our week holiday in this idylic apartment, so tastefully decorated.
We will always remember our breakfasts on the balcony with the fantastic views.

Great holiday apatment

We stayed in this lovely apartment for two weeks and found it to be just perfect. Very clean, light and airy with the bonus of a view over the Mediterranean to the 'Cap' beyond - which can be viewed form the very comfy bed as advertised. We loved sitting or lounging on the terrace in the winter sun, which was actually quite lovely. We even had most of our meals outside.
Beaches are close (for walking only in February and March!) supermarkets are nearby, the centre of the old town is a close stroll along the 'ramparts' by the water's edge.
Lastly, we felt more 'secure' having been welcomed by Michelle (the owner) and knowing that she lived nearby if we had any problems or queries.
Now that we are back home we are planning to return to Michelle's apartment at the end of the summer, so we can certainly recommend it!
