Huge house - did not expect that: Great terraces

Review Submitted: May 19, 2009 Date of Stay:
Thanks for use of your houe. I called it a flat in my e mails but it is a huge house. Far bigger than the pictures seem to show. We loved the three terraces and the sea views. We have a four and two year old boy and girl and they were able to run around freely and safely in the completely secure and private terraces. We even pulled down the sun canopy to protect them while we lay in the sun. Really enjoyed it. Nice big Kitchen made a real difference. Cheers, Fin and Joy

Owner's Response: Joy. It is a big house. Pictures do not do it justice. It is secure and private with all day sun. You tend to get wripped off when your party size is 5 or 6. We don't do this. We're family people ourselves. Come again next year with your extended family. We will do you a good deal. Anne

Thanks for the use of your villa. We were a party of 6 and on a budget. We booked yours because of price (I have to say that and be honest). We expected somewhere low budget and low specification. How wrong could we be ! What a huge surpise we had to find a gorgeous massive house with great attention to detail, in great location. You told me that you were not that bothered about rent rates, you just wanted to rent and get repeat business - well you have certainly got our repeat business. Thanks for giving our kids a great time. Tam

Owner's Response: Tam, Cheers. I want people to book early and often. That is why my prices are low. It is a big houses. The pictures do not do the space justice. You feel that you have space even with 6 people. I am gald you found the house fantastic value. Iain

Lots of space for a big family

Review Submitted: March 24, 2009 Date of Stay:
For a family with 4 kids this was a perfect place to stay. It had lots of room and plenty of places to lie down and relax after putting the kids to bed. The two bathrooms came in handy as well, a must for big families. Overall, it was a great choice and I would definitely come back.

Thanks Lynne

Owner's Response: Lynne - Thanks for this. Yes, great private secure places for the kids to play in the downstairs patio. You can sit on the upstairs terrace and watch the kids play, sip your wine, and watch the ocean at the same time. Perfect ! See you next year, Iain

Lovely holiday

This is a very modern and well kept apartment, the fixtures and fittings are a very good quality. There is plenty of space inside and out, the best thing we enjoyed as a family was sitting on the balcony taking in the lovely views. I would thoroughly recommend this.

Iain - Thanks for letting us use your house. We were party of 6 and on a budget but I have to say we were well pleased with the standard of your accomodation, delighted with the price, and impressed by the outdoor and indoor space. Also, we did not need a taxi once. We loved the nearby Montecastillo Centre with the games etc for the kids and bars for the adults. Cheers mate, PTB

Owner's Response: PTB - Good to hear from you. It is a big house, loads of space and ideal for a family of 6. Two bathrooms, and 3 terraces:: It is hard going on holiday with another couple and you need a bit of space - as I said to you - you get this with this house. Yes, the close-by Montecastill Centre is good for kids. You can have a drink and watch them in safety. See you again soon. Iain

Hi folks - thanks for the great holiday we had in your house. It was great. We could have lived there all year round without any problems. It is so nice to have a proper house with space and bathrooms and terraces. We were never in each others way. We really loved your secluded sun terraces with killer views. It is good also to be able to walk to the shops and restuarents. Thanks, we will be back. Julie and George

Owner's Response: Thanks for posting a review. I'm glad you found the house spacious for your needs. It is a private house in a quiet location. And as I said to you, it really does get the sun from dawn until dusk. See you next year hopefully. IAIN

Sunshine trap - brilliant !

Thanks for the use of your house. It was great to have so much outside space. What we did not really appreciate was just how windy Fuerteventura can be so we struggled with beaches and pools but your villa is a real sun trap secluded from any winds and this meant we could sun bathe all day and even read the paper without it blowing away in the winds ! The shaded area for the kids was great and it was really safe and secure for them. Thanks, hope to return next easter. Jackie

Owner's Response: Jackie - It was good of you to take the time to right. I told you the house ise asy big enough for 6. Glad you found the FREE cot, high chair, sterliser etc of use. Yes it can be windy, especially in winter and many pools and terraces can be very exposed, but you are right you feel no wind at the house, it is a real sun trap in the back rear patio and terrace of master bed. See you next year. As a repeat customer, I'll give you a discount, Iain
