Reviews of Property: Brand New - Luxury 3 Bedroom Apart, Large Garden & Terrace, Facing Sea

We were a group of 5 women and stayed late September for 5 nights. We loved the apartment, it was incredibly well stocked and spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, it was just perfect for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa and Noel's apartment, it would suit a family equally well and is so spacious with a large garden. The swimming pool was also spotless and had a twisty slide which children would love. Lisa was so organised with so much useful information on the area. We loved the beach just a few minutes walk, fabulous for swimming, calm and gently shelving. We thoroughly enjoyed the local restaurants, try Bijou Plage across the road on the beach. Juan Les Pins is a terrific resort and only about 15 minutes walk along the beach, its a lovely walk. We hope to be back soon!

Just back from a fantastic weekend, the apartment is fabulous has everything you would need for a break away. Layout is fab and decorated to a really high standard. Massive garden area means you can sunbath peacefully and the pool is a stone's throw to let you cool down.
Location is superb, close to bars, restuarants, shops ,supermarket and beach.
Juan Les Pins has everything you need, the marina is Golf Juan is walking distance and great for a leisurely lunch.
Party of 11 women stayed in two apartments on the complex, we all had a ball and are planning next years celebrations with a return trip.
Pool is very clean, perhaps a bit chilly! There is plenty of room for sunbathing without the need for being up early to reserve a space!!!
Owners are really friendly and cannot do enough for you, everything was so well organised.
The apartment is stunning with no faults and you will definitely enjoy your stay there.
If you don't have a car, the bus and train service are very reliable and easy to master.
Great location for sightseeing close to Antibes, Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo

We had a wonderful five days at this apartment. The owners have thought of everything - from chairs for the beach to speaker connection for ipods. We have four children aged 10 months, 3, 15 and 18 and it was perfect. The pool was great for the older children to swim in and laze around and safe for the little ones too - they loved the slide. It is really close to the beach which was just the perfect size and not too busy.

The apartment itself was decorated beautifully and with a fantastic kitchen. Our older children loved the large TV!!

It isn't too far to walk into Juan itself and there are watersports available on the beach which is no more than 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a garden which is great for young children to play in safely.

If you are looking to come to this area and are looking for fantastic family friendly accomodation this is absolutely ideal!!

Fantastic holiday...Location ideal for family with young children.Sandy beach only 5 mins away. Large pool only 2 mins away. Public transport very efficient, close to hand enabling exploration of surrounding towns and cities.
Excellent choice of restaurants within short walking distance.
Apartment luxurious and beautiful. The owner has really thought about what her clients want and need during their break. This enabled us to relax the minute we collected the keys. The garden is now maturing and we spent many a happy hour relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers and having family BBQ's. The children in our party were able to safely play in the garden as the owner has made the garden secure with a fence.
We look forward to retuning another year.

We had a very enjoyable family holiday recently with my children and 18 month grand-daughter.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, very modern and with everything and more that we needed for our holiday. The owner was very pleasant and helpful with her information and provided a useful guide for tourist information

The garden was perfect for our grand-child, with plenty of grass to play on and fully enclosed by a fence.

The apartment is in a great location for sightseeing, we enjoyed visiting Cannes, Monaco, Mougins, and St Tropez. We hired a car, which is useful for some of the beautiful hill top villages..

The complex is handy to the supermarket and the beautiful resort of Juan Les Pins is only a 15 minute walk to the centre.

We cant wait to go back next year!!! And would definately recommend this apartment to our friends.

We loved everything about this apartment, especially the location, we had the sun in the morning on one terrace, and on the other, until the sun set.This gave us the pleasure of outside dining in the evenings.
We also loved that the owner had thought of plenty to keep the children happy, from little fishing rods, bikes and other items, such as ice lolly making moulds.
Because the complex is gated, we would have no hesitation in bringing our grandchildren next time, and we also liked the electric shutters which gave added security
This complex was so handy for all our sightseeing trips, everywhere was so easy to get to, even by public transport.
Another feature nearby was the beautiful park, this was a few minutes walk from the apartment, and made a perfect picnic area, if you wanted a break from the pool.
We will definately be recommending this apartment to all our friends, and we hope to be back very soon.

We arrived at the apartment just 30 minutes after landing at Nice airport. We hired a car and the directions given to us by the owners were very clear and had us there in no time.
In the apartment we found all the information we needed for our trip, from where to visit, details of markets, and sights not to be missed.
The apartment is beautifully decorated,and spotlessly clean, with the kitchen having everything you would ever need should you want to cook in. My favourite thing about the apartment was the outside dining, we were able to sit out and watch the sun go down with a nice glass of wine.
On the complex there is a well stocked supermarket, beauty salon, hairdressers and nail bar, not forgetting the new bikini and sun glasses shop which opened the day we arrived.
The town of Juan Les Pins is easy to get to by a beautiful walk along the beach, here you will find some fantastic shops, bars and restaurants .
We cannot wait to go back, and have recommended the apartment to all our friends and family.

Stayed in this apartment for 5 days over Easter. The information received from the owner was very useful and helped us to make our travel arrangements. We travelled from the airport by bus (1 Euro) which stopped within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment id very spacious and bright situated on the ground floor. Vehicles park in designated spaces and are not permitted around the accommodation areas, which is good for safety and noise. We enjoyed the quietness of the complex. The décor is very tastefully finished with all three bedrooms having two single beds; one has a un-suite with a bath. The other bathroom has a large shower. The kitchen is very modern and finished to a very high standard in addition to the expected hob/oven there is a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large patio area to the back and side of the apartment. We didn’t hire a car as we found the local transport such as bus and train were very easy to get to. We took the train to Menton which is a lovely town on the border of Italy and is well worth a visit. The town of Juan les Pins is a 5 minute walk away with lots of bars and restaurants and shops to choose from. The beautiful sandy beech is even closer. There is a local supermarket less than 5 minutes away. Overall we were supplied with everything we need to make this a fantastic break, the standard of the finish of this apartment is very high, along with the information before and included in the Tourist Information book at the apartment meant everything was made easy for us. We really enjoyed our time and were able to relax in the peace a quiet and can’t wait to go back along with our friends and family. We will be recommending the apartment to all our family and friends.
