Very good accomodation with an equally good host !

We stayed 8 nights in this apartment and we found everything OK. We were two families (4 adults and 2 kids) and the space was just enough.
There were no surprises - the location description was very accurate and the place is very clean and well maintained. The owner is very correct and made our stay very comfortable and pleasant.
The location is great with immediate access to restaurants, shops, public transportation.
Definitely I will recommend this apartment to my friend and colleagues.

My family stayed in this apartment here between 27th June to 1st july for 5 days. We had three double beds in cluding one double bedroom in this apartmnt. there is pleanty spaces for us.Everything is great as it is described. It has convinient loation and safty neighberhood, Lost of restaurants and stores are nearby. 3 Metro stations are within 5 minutes and the apratment is close to every attarction in Paris. We arrived in the apartment in the morning and the owner was really nice to let us check in earlier. He provided very useful information for guests to explore some suggesting markets and restaurants. We had a wonderful time staying here. We would love to recommond this place to everyone, because you never find a better place like it for a city break in Paris!! Definitely come back soon!

We had a grand time at this 2nd floor apartment in Montparnasse. Quite close to 3 métros (Vavin, Edgar Quinet, Montparnasse Bienvenue). You want a pattiserie? Just walk out the door. A boulangerie? Check. A boucherie? Ditto. A hoppin' square? Right down the street. Proximity to the Luxembourg Gardens, Latin Quarter & St. Germain? You've got it. Sympatico, friendly management. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. The place as as advertised & clean.

The accommodation was very suitable for myself, my partner, and my parents. Would highly recommend to other travellers visiting Paris. It was a fantastic location, with everything on its doorstep, including the Metro, bus network. bike hire, restaurants, cafes, butcher, bakery and convenience store. Making the visit and well equipped accommodation all the more pleasant was our friendly and efficient dealings with the owner. Would definitely consider renting this property again!

Worth knowing that the only toilet and bathroom is an ensuite off the one bedroom.

I stayed with my wife for 1 month. We had an excellent experience. The apartment has all the amenities of a home away from home (Fast internet, heaters, large bathroom with shower, complete kitchen, large bed, large living room, etc). The location is perfect: steps from many restaurants, Luxemburg Gardens, metro station, department stores, etc). The owner is extremely nice, always willing to help. We will return for sure.

At the low price, I had expected the level of some properties, which I had previously experienced in Paris. However, I was most pleasantly surprised to find a throughly clean and well-maintained apartment, in a most central area of Paris. The owner not only gave helpful advice but went out of his way to provide service, even some that was not in the contract.
I would really like to recommend this property for its price, location and super-friendly service

i greatly enjoyed my one month stay in paris, in particular because i stayed at the flat in rue delambre. it was just right; the flat is very comfortable, well laid out, and well equipped. the location is the best, near to 3 metro stations, opposite a boulangerie, an epicerie, and there is the cheese shop, the many cinemas and the restaurants; la coupole, rotonde and many others on the bld montparnasse, the creperies, and a short walk to the jardins luxembourg, and also rue de gaiete. i can go on...if i ever want to live or buy a place in paris rue delambre or the streets near it, are going to be my choice.

--> ideally located: 3 metro stations near by, fine shops (excellent bakery, wine shop, cheese shop, supermarket...just down the street), very good neighbourghood, Montparnasse 10 mn walking,jardin du luxembourg 15mn .
--> very well and nicely furnished and equipped; cosy and comfortable. Everything was brand new . Internet access available
--> very friendly and professional owner, making sure everything was all right during our staying
