A lovely property, finished to a high standard. The on-site facilities were good, lots of space and the 4 pools were very pleasant.

The facilities and level of comfort was great !

"We were a group of four sharing this townhouse. The facilities and level of comfort was great. The welcome pack of wine and food rations was most appreciated as we arrived late at night . The cleanliness of the unit was of a high standard. We most enjoyed our daily breakfasts al fresco on our downstairs verandah which was almost poolside! The pay phonecard facility in the unit was a great idea as we found it an economical way of calling home in Australia. We were the first to use the townhouse and our recommendations would be a sun blind on the kitchen and lower powder room windows.......although this may already be done. The unit was very comfortable and well equipped....and enhanced with the resort facilities of a store, restaurant and gym. For us, the location was ideal for travelling to other parts of the island. Wed have no hesitation in returning to this beautiful townhouse on our next visit to Cyprus and would highly recommend this townhouse as a place to stay when visiting this part of Cyprus. Thank you to all the helpful staff at the residence."

ST NICHOLAS RESIDENCES

Review Submitted: May 17, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
On arrival here we found that everything advertised was accurate. The newly built house was very clean, fresh and a good position for the many pools. The beds were very comfortable with clean linen provided - even a beach towel. It was just a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse with gym, indoor pool and restaurant where we took advantage of the very reasonable 3 course set menu available most days. We also used the tennis court extensively. We hired a car and got about all over the island, as there are so many interesting places to visit. We will be returning later in the year. Many thanks for an excellent holiday.

Relaxing Resort

We had a very relaxing time on the beautiful St Nicholas resort where the four pools were a fantastic hit with the kids and they could not wait to jump in every day. They also enjoyed the children’s play area and the tennis court but it was always the pools that they kept coming back to.
The house is spacious, clean and the owners have thought of everything - we didn't want for anything. This is truly a home from home so all you have to do is pack your clothes.
We were provided with a welcome pack of essentials, which was very acceptable, and the owners even called us on arrival to make sure that everything was OK. Very thoughtful.
The hire car firm that was recommended to us by the owners turned out to be excellent value.
All in we would definitely return to this property and resort again.

FIRST VISIT TO PAPHOS

AndyBr Hampshire
Review Submitted: May 17, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
As this was our first visit to Paphos we found the owners extremely helpful in answering our queries and nothing seemed to much trouble for them.

The directions to the complex that came with our confirmation was first class as we followed them easily without getting lost. The traffic drives on the left so that made it a lot easier.

On arrival at the property we found everything to be spotless and the house was fully equipped with everything that we required. A pleasant surprise was to find that tea, coffee, bread, cheese, etc. had been provided to get us started and there was a mini-market on the resort that opened until 10p.m should we have needed it.

We found the information booklet that was left for us by the owners to be extremely helpful as it gave us an insight to all the beaches, restaurants, shops and places to visit nearby. This was invaluable to us on our first visit but we did enjoy it so much that we will be returning.

We would rate this house as A1 and would definitely recommend a holiday here to anyone.

Refreshed

Review Submitted: May 17, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
Enjoyed our 10 day stay in Chloraka. Location of your Maisonette superb - private yet within easy reach of the swimming pool. Everything you need within walking distance. Though early in the season weather did not disappoint. We are returning to Teddington healthy, relaxed, tanned and much fitter (owing to the daily use of the gym)
Thanks.

What a fantastic property and in a wonderful complex. The house was very well equipped and in an excellent position within the complex. Easy access to Paphos and district but a car is essential. Well worth the money. Would recommend this for a relaxing holiday.

Great Property

Review Submitted: December 10, 2008 Date of Stay: November 2008
We cannot recommend this property highly enough. Brand new and immaculate throughout. It has everything you could want for. Being close to one of the smaller pools was great for the children and only a minute to the massive main pool. We found all the facilities in the house as good as we have at home. Wide screen TV with English Sky Channels, DVD player with some of the latest DVD releases. Fully funtional kitchen with washing machine etc.. They even have a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. There is a Clubhouse on the complex that is very reasonable. We used the gym and tennis courts most days. We also used the car hire company that was recommended by the owner and it was very reasonably priced. Weather in November was 24 degrees and sunny everyday. We are going to book next year definately.
