I like this beachfront villa very much because it was a house by the sea! In fact I really love it. On my last holiday we had so much fun there. We enjoyed simming, admirining so much beautiful sunset and gentle sea breeze. We have a one day tour to nearby islands. The sea was so beautiful and the water was very clear that we can see the coral and fish from our boat. Then we get into a cave. I like this the most because it is very exciting as we had to flatten our bodies to a little boat that took us into the cave. Another day we took an elephan trek into a jungle wood to the water fall. We had a lot of fun with playing the water. Very fun and pleasant. I think Koh Lanta was a good place to spend holiday on. Also this villa was very good and comfortable and the staff were very nice as well. There were a few days that we did not go out anywhere, but we still had a pleasant holiday because there was the sea in front of us and we can swim and play whenever we wanted. Around the villa were many trees. Sitting under the trees and enjoying reading and sea breeze. I believe that Koh Lanta can be a good choice for all people who are finding a place to spend their holiday. Also, this villa is a good one.

I just stayed there last year. It was a lovely and pleasant place. It was located right on the beach. If we wanted to swim we just went down stairs of our villa and walked a few steps across the sand to the sea; in other words, if we want to swim we just walk out from the villa and then get into the sea. Swimming here was the most enjoyable. The sand was so brilliant, white and clean. The water was like glass. I don’t know how to explain the beauty of the sea. When I looked out I felt like myself gets bigger and bigger because it made me fresh and relax. Around the villa was a garden where there were trees giving shadows, our family like to rest and relax under the trees, having the sea in front of us! However, the most beautiful thing was sunset. Every evening I would sit in front of the villa and see the sun falling into the see. It gave me a peaceful feeling. Sometime, we set a little party enjoying barbecuing sea food that we bought from locals. Indeed, this is such a good place for people who want real relaxation. Also, almost everyone there was so kind and friendly. My children ask me everyday when we will go to Thailand again. Sometimes, I think I want to buy a house and live a peaceful life there forever.

Last month my husband and I stayed at this beachfront villa for our honeymoon. We had a peaceful and relaxing time. It was particulary lovely to sit and listen to the wave crashing against the shore, while enjoying simple pleasures like reading magazines and listening to local music. In the evening we went swimming - the sea was only 5 steps from our door which made it all the more romantic and enjoyable! When we came back from our swim we made a little party, drank some wine and watched the sunset go down. Such a nice holiday! If we have childen we will want to take them there again

Last month I went to Krabi in Thailand. I had the funniest and most pleasant holiday. I stayed at this beachfront villa. It is such a great place to stay. It is exactly in front of the beach like its name. The real place is completely the same as the picture posted in this website. There were comfortable chairs in front of our room, I went with my family, that we can lie down and admire the sunset view. Ever since I was bone, I had just fully seen the sunset here. The sea is the most beautiful I have ever seen. My family and I enjoyed swimming in the sea a great deal, very fun. This residence helped made our holiday so cool! It was very great. So much comfortable. We have got our own private area. The residence is most suitable for a family, my children enjoyed this holiday so much, because there was a lot area for us to do many activities. Nearby were so many restaurants which almost all delicious. If anyone is looking for a residence to spend your holiday on, this one can be a choice.

When I stayed at this beachfront villa, I truly felt relaxed. The villa I stayed in gave me the most privacy of life like I’ve never got it before. At dusk, I could see such a beautiful sunset and also got fresh air in the morning. The sea is just about 10 steps or a little bit so from my residence. If anyone is finding a place to relax from your so busy world, I recommend this one.

This Beachfront villa is the best one that we stayed. First of the all, we had worm welcome from a receptionist. She took us to our room. She was so friendly and very helpful. We surprised that it was not as same as images that we had seen in the mail. Our villa was very gorgeous. The interior and decoration are very beautiful. The villa is in a perfect place. It is only 5-6 steps to the beach.
We always wake up early in the morning to get fresh air with ozone and snuff the sea breeze. All the day, we just relax by lie on the sunbath, reading our favorite books while drinking orange juice and cool beer. In the evening, we look forward to see the sunset. It was no cloud in the sky. The sunset view was very magnificent.
For the dinner, we ordered Thai foods that they were not too much spicy, from a nearby restaurant. The test was delicious and the prices were inexpensive. On that night, we saw the full moon. The sky was very bright from the moon light. We enjoyed sipping our wine and listen to the wave sound in a peaceful atmosphere. There is no any noisy to disturb our night. Everything continues slowly and slowly. It was very wonderful night.
My spouse and I spent all of holiday time in this villa. Everything was excellent. Our vacation is very private actually. The villa is the best situated in a quiet area. We stayed here for 10 nights and we felt like a month. It is actually relaxing. We will recommend this villa to everyone, who does not want to rough it out and have a real "relaxing" holiday. By the time coming to Koh Lanta, we spent our holiday at I-Yarade Beachfront villa. Daily expenses was very economize . Klong Nin is the most beautiful beach. White sand beach and clear seawater are suitable for swimming. Each villa has own sunbath terrace next to the beach. The length is approximately 12 meters. Our villa is very private. We lie on the bench to sunbath and see the sunset. When we took a shower, we enjoyed watching the sea.
In the evening, we have small parties in the garden of villa. The villa has been prepared kitchen ware for cooking and dining. There are BBQ roaster and mechanic tools ready within. We use free Internet wireless services all the time we are living here.
We rode the bicycles to the fresh market in the morning. It took only 2 minutes. At the market, the fresh food is very inexpensive. It helps us saving a lot of money on this trip. On the last trip to
Lanta, we stayed on the local resort but the food plates in this resort are very expensive.
For the I-Yarade Beachfront villa, the readymade foods are easily to get. There are market and 7-11 shopping store. For the dinner, we were going to the closest Muslim restaurant on the junction. It is not a big restaurant or crowded but the Thai food taste was very delicious.
About our route to reach Beachfront villa, there was a private van coming to pick up our family. After we got out of the plane, we reached the pier but we did not need to take the car ferry since a Speed boat was waiting for us. It took a few minute to reach the villa.
Our family travels to Koh Lanta every year. This trip was the most worthy price. We got impressed this Beachfront villa very much. If we come back for the next year, we will recommend this to be the first choice to stay.

Our family enjoyed the villa and facilities enormously. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and pampered holiday. The beach itself was the most beautiful and indeed the cleanest.

Everything matches the description. Nice house, Private and nice beachm near resturants etc.
Cleaning must be everyday, Same time.
Personel (House keeper) sit in the garden is No Privacy.

The villas are located beside the Blue Moon bar on Khlong Nin Beach. First, the positives. The pictures on the Website are accurate, the villas are right on the water and the views from the patio deck are outstanding. In fact, from the steps that go down from the patio to the beach, you are only 30 steps from the water at high tide. Also, you are only a 5-6 minute walk to the 7-11, highly desirable for buying water, pop, and beer, and literally a few steps from some very good restaurants and bars. So the location seems to be ideal.
However, what is not shown on the Website is that the bedroom wall of the villa is about 5 feet from the road, and the walls are paper thin. Therefore, be prepared to hear road noises from 6am to 2 am daily, there is about a four hour lull. When trucks drive by, you almost feel like they are going to come through the wall. If you are a light sleeper, you will have to nap in the afternoon as you will get very little sleep at night. In addition, the villas are not “Absolute private,” as they suggest on the website, there is a bar on one side of you and a real estate business on the other.
The lighting and plumbing is very bad. There were workmen on site for 2 straight days, all day, trying to fix the various problems. These are new villas, but are not well constructed. In a year’s time, they will be in very bad condition. They promise internet, but it was down for 3 straight days and they would do nothing to compensate for needing to go to internet cafes.
Breakfast is not included and you even have to pay to have the villa cleaned, even though there is a housekeeper on site from 9 to 5. If you decide to stay, negotiate everything, and be demanding.
Overall, while the villas are right on the beach, the combination of road noise, poor service, and price gouging means we cannot recommend this property. There are plenty of comparable and better priced properties all along Klong Nin beach. Stay elsewhere.

No annoy voice came into room. 5 meters from the wall, there're balcony&fence. Our fence (10 cm tick) was build from red bricks&concrete. Not like paper thin. 10 meter garden blocked 2 villas. Thick&good quality curtains are blocking voice & sunlight. Bed was placed way from the wall 2 m. Trees were grew along with outside road. It is not possible to see inside. Customers will have their own private certainly.
Around this area, there are 10–20 resorts with fully check-in. They are in the same condition.
At the night, there is no noise pollution from driven cars because tourists are taking bicycles or renting motorcycles.
Inside villa is unique decoration. Different from the other resorts definitely such as Lanna style, being from teak, craved&cover+gold lacquer. Villas are actually on the beach&just takes a few steps to the sea. It did not take 30 steps like he said. Our customers could lie down on couch beaches&listen to voice of sea breaker.
Beside of villa, there are one restaurant&a residence of Schweizer. He is own this house, working and living with their family.
Wireless is no charge at all. It is totally FREE all the time. On Lanta island, sometime was disconnect happening. When public water system did not working (not pump broken), We solved problem by ordering 1 water tank, refilled into underground tank. He will have enough water for a while.
Pricing policy, customers will select their payment package; include or not including, breakfast&daily cleaning services. They will switch those services to get more Disc from the STD pricing (1st time Disc). Customer must transfer a full payment to us. If they change their mind, they do not want to stay with us and ask for a money back. We could not get their refund because we had been refuse the others customer, checking in as the same time.
All as above, we had been taken action on our best responsibility giving more Disc as 2nd time (1St Disc)
For this man, he had been decided to stay only 7 days after we slove his complains and gave more Disc. He wanted to go more another 10 days but we could not let him stay any longer because we have next guests coming. Only 3 days more are accept, not 7 days as he preferred.
We compromised with him as good as we could. We had explained the accidents which not from us. He is the 1st one who had many complains. All of the customers are satisfied with our services, villa place and the pricing.
