Excellent 1st Class Villa, great location

This villa is superb! It does everything it says on the tin; fab location, very spacious and well equipped villa with everything that you could need. The owners were particularly patient with us given our scepticism originally of booking through the internet ~ but the total experience was spot on. Would definitely (and have) recommended to family and friends. Thank you Siobhan and Co.!

We are very lucky that the Villas themselves are just beautiful and the location is so very central but yet quite and only 2 minutes from the beach.

Great villa located close to beach, restaurants and a supermarket, on a quiet development. Clean and well equipped with everything you need. Great to have bathroom & pool towels.
Lovely pool which was well maintained and regularly cleaned.
The local hosts Marce & Paul were extremely helpful, gave whatever help required without intruding and were always contactable.
Great choice of restaurants within a 5 minute walk (with young children!) from the villa. We hired a car but you could easily manage without.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa.

This is a wonderful villa with everything we could have wanted.No complaints whatsoever. Clean, well equiped and the towels supplied were brill. Will definitely go again. A 2 minute walk to the shops and the sea what more could you ask for!

This was our 1st visit to Penera although visited Cyprus many times. We absolutely loved Penera with the lovely beaches and plenty of restaurants and pubs.
The villa was in an excellent location in a small estate which was quiet and yet just 2 minutes walk to the sea and beaches and 5 minutes to the restaurants and bars.
The villa was superb - modern, very clean and everything you could ever need. The pool was great and used daily to cool off.
As we have already said - Fab Holiday, Fab Villa & Fab Location and because of this we have already booked 2 holidays in 2010.

Having been to other villas in cyprus before, this one is the best so far, great location, spacious, everything you need for great break. A car is not necessary you can walk to most places and the bus runs regularly from the top of the road. Thanks to Marcie and Paul (caretakers) for all their help. We will definately return in the future and have already recommended the villa to friends. We loved the newly completed walkway into Protaras, very relaxing stroll, lovely resturants and bars along the way.
Nice pool and BBQ which we used a lot and found the fans to be welcome addition to the airconditioning enabling us to keep cool during the hot nights.
Highly recommend this villa and it is very realistically priced.

Everything you need for a perfect stay - close to beach, shops, bars, restaurants .....etc.
Nice clean villa with all the home comforts you need. Pool used daily, and cleaned regularly. Close to bus routes for access other main tourist attractions in the area. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa to others. Nothing negative seen during our stay.
