Superb Villa

We have family in Cyprus and visit every year. This October we were looking for a villa close to my son, close to Larnaca airport, close to the sea, quiet and with a good pool and facilities. We found the perfect villa in the perfect spot. It was actually miles better than the description - very spacious, clean and modern, with fabulous views from the pool area and balconies and all mod cons. We know the area very well and it was convenient for all our favourite haunts (especially one of the local restaurants (Lemonokipos) which serves some of the best and cheapest Cypriot food we have experienced and the many fish restaurants in Zygi). Though quiet, the villa is close enough to the main road to make access easy to the main towns. We travelled to Nicosia and found parking all in less than an hour. We were very impressed with the overall customer service - the owners were very keen to ensure we had everything we needed and checked with us just before our holiday. The welcome pack was the best I have experienced and the welcome from the villa managers was just right. I would recommend the villa to anyone looking for a holiday in the area and we will definitely go back!

Excellent holiday villa, very well managed, well appointed inside and plenty of room for all of the family. Great outdoor space with 3 different balconies, plus terraces and a nice big private swimming pool. Nice quiet location away from all of the hustle and bustle, letting you relax, great views.

A wonderful holiday, the villa is perfect and has everything you could ever need just as advertised and much more, was very clean on arrival and was kept that way by the lovely management team who were always available if needed, the pool is superb, the best we have ever had out of the many villa's we have rented, brilliant for the kids. We would recomend this villa to anyone who wants a quite holiday and is prepared to drive a little for sight seeing, restuaraunts etc or who just wants away from it all. The local shops at Zygi are very well stocked for self catering, use the specialist shops, like the bakers and butchers, they are superb .It is just off the main motorway which runs the length of the island from protaras to paphos to nicosia making access to anywhere easy if you want it.

The Villa was all as described and even better than expected. High quality furniture and bedding. Excellent facilities in kitchen and bathrooms. Good information for guests on places to visit together with a lovely view from the front balcony of the Med and a spectacular view of the valley seen from the rear balcony and pool area.

Sipping a glass of your favourite wine and sitting by the pool in the evening enjoying not only your own good food but also the natural beauty of Cyprus is just wonderful.

this was my first villa rental experience in cyprus. I picked this house because of its location, half an hour from larnaca. the village was charming the house was nice and well kept and inviting. jenni who is the owner was so wondeful with her information and suggestions for all kinds of activities. the managment team in location were so nice . I am going to recommend this to my friends and family and will rent again if I go back to cyprus. special plus to this house was that it was in a quiet village location yet it was so near for all the turist activities.

We found this villa to be very clean and well maintained.The villa managers were close by and were very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The villa provided a fantastic location from which to explore the rest of the island, but was equally suited to lying by the pool enjoying the sunshine and stunning views. We would highly recommend this villa to family and friends, as a family with 2 young children it can be difficult to find accomodation to suit, this villa was perfect. The villa exceeded our expectations in terms of both size of accomodation and quality of fixtures. We would love to visit again.
