A great location, right in the thick of things. Our stay was a good one. One down fall, no coffee/tea cups! (Or bowls) I know we were in the heart of a coffee hotspot but sometimes it is nice to just sit in and relax with a cuppa.
A little outside noise but overall I would recommend it to family or friends.

Excelent Location!

Just returned from a 3 night stay. The loft is beautiful but needs some plumbing (toilet) and uper bunk bed isn´t working, so we had to use another option. No toilet paper or soap upon arrival, no wine glasses, no cups for coffee, no hair dryer. Aside from that the place is gorgeous and superb location. Beware of your departing time not after 12 am....Giovanni is very nice.

Our stay in this apartment was really pleasant. It was just what we were expecting. It is not very spacious, but enough for a couple and some luggage. Nice furniture, a comfortable sofa bed, and good cooking facilities.
The best thing was to step out of the place and find people everywhere, at all times. We had never dreamed of enjoying Rome in the evening, but the atmosphere of the whole neighbourhood invited us to go out every night.
Giovanni was also very helpful and friendly. Agood choice!

Great Location

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! The place is clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The owner is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Best of all, the apartment is conveniently located near Piazza Navona. I was able to walk almost everywhere I wanted to go. The Pantheon and Hadrian's temple, for example, are only a 5 minute walk from the place, Castel San Angelo is also about 5 minutes away, and the Vatican is only a 15 minute walk from the flat. The Colosseum is a little farther away, but the walk is definitely manageable. The many nice restaurants and pubs nearby offer a vibrant night-life. If you're looking for an apartment in a quiet, pastoral setting, this is not the apartment for you. However, if you want to be centrally located in a beautiful and exciting area of Rome, this is a great choice. I definitely recommend it!

Best location in Rome!

We really loved this apartment, it is situated so close to Piazza Navona, which is near all the best restaurants.
The apartment was extremely new and fresh, the pull out sofa bed was very confortable and it had a brand new bathroom. THe only negative is that the hot water doesnt last too long so make the showers quick or stagger them through the day! But its all about location!
Its seriously a 5 minute walk to the pantheon, 20 minutes to the coloseum (if you stroll) and a 20 minute walk to the vatican. We got buses everywhere as it was very easy.
I can highly recomend to explore all the alleys near the apartment as there are hidden supermarkets and lots of affordable restaurants. The ones in the Piazza Navona itself are a rip off and crap, like the ones at all the tourist traps.
I cannot recommend this high enough and plan on staying here for sure the next time we are in Rome.
